Dovendo sostituire le guarnizione della piletta consumate dal tempo, ho scritto all'azienda per chiedere un fornitore dalle parti di Milano dove risiedo.
Risposta velocissima e cortese e, inaspettatamente, mi hanno spedito il pezzo di ricambio e gratuitamente.

Qualche anno fa ho allestito il mio bagno con i prodotti Montegrappa serie Quantum. Da subito il lavabo si è opacizzato nonostante abbia sempre avuto cautela nel pulirlo, inoltre è estremamente fragile si scheggia con molta facilità. La nota dolente è la struttura! Un mobile che viene realizzato per stare in un ambiente potenzialmente umido come il bagno dovrebbe essere più resistente all'acqua, è bastata una piccola perdita dal rubinetto e il mobile si è gonfiato danneggiandolo irrimediabilmente.
