a very bad company, there is absolutely no interest. they are stalling the customer. their products are also problematic. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone with a mind.

They abide by the warranty.
Got my laptop10th June 2021, it is a Tulpar T7 v21.6.1. They gifted me a Monster Backpack on my purchase. They also gave me two year warranty with it.
The screen went dark one day, so I took it back to the store, they told me it was manufacturing error, since I had an external screen I took it back home, waited for two weeks for the screen to arrive, they called me when it did, they replaced the screen and I had no issues afterwards.
The laptop turned off and didn't come back on one day, again I took it to the store and explained what happened, they called me later that day and explained the issue was with the mainboard and it was going to get replaced in two weeks. Unfortunately it arrived in three weeks and got replaced.
Just because they couldn't deliver on time they actually ended up gifting me a Pusat 7.1 Surround Lite RGB headset when I picked up my laptop.
They have a reliable service and warranty policy.
