I can’t even push the button to ask for…

I can’t even push the button to ask for a withdrawal I have met any and all play through they may have I have been emailing them since Friday got a response today saying my balance was zero which is far from the truth I have screenshots of everything…. I don’t know what else to possibly do.. will change my review if I ever get a response

I also won money and am having a miserable experience w customer service- they've told me like 5 different reasons my redemption is cancelled..I have numerous emails asking for clarification, they said the debit card I used to purchase isn't eligible, that I must use aeropay and I have used aero pay in the past but if I go to withdraw w aeropay it asks to seek manager help...it's been so frustrating! I have had various experiences w redemption but this has got to be the most confusing and least helpful...I'm not too sure what's going on here? I would be glad to change this if I ever get some help....there might be help! I'll revise if true

Redemption cencelled

Submitted a redemption on 4/7/26 via debit card. Received an email on 4/10/26 that my redemption was cancelled and a new redemption was being processed. The website advertises 24/7 customer support and that is far from the case. I have emailed support and it takes at least 2 business days for a response. I would like my redemption processed and then will reassess my review at that time.
