Fantastic service. The team came to remove a very heavy wardrobe from an upstairs bedroom with difficult narrow access. They removed the item very carefully and even ran the vacuum over the carpet. Excellent customer care.
Fantastic company and highly recommended. A real gem of a find and from the first online enquiry Sophie was very helpful and communicative. An appointment was promptly made and Dan called in advance to ensure all was ready. Dan and a colleague were charming and took all the specified items and more in a very friendly and efficient manner and explained the recycling process and how the items will be responsibly dealt with and where possible reused. Am thrilled to have found such a brilliant company and will certainly be using them again.
I was very impressed with Monster junk. The booking system was easy to navigate. The team arrived during the allocated time slot and rang 20 minutes before arrival. They were friendly and efficient. They dismantled a wardrobe and took away other rubbish. I will definitely use them again if I have more rubbish to clear.
Dan and Sophie were great from the moment we contacted them. They were personable and professional and understood we needed their help at an emotional time. Their costs were very reasonable and Dan made sure everything he did was transparent. On the run up to the house clearing Sophie was very caring in her texts, and on the day of clearing, Dan and a young colleague worked fast and efficiently, calling just before arrival. When they were finished they made a point of brushing up all the areas they had worked in. I hope I have no reason to clear a house again, but if I do Monster Junk will be my first stop.
