my recent experience has been very very disappointing
not only i did not get our products which were ordered in November 2019for Christmas 2019. we are ist june 2020 and we have not receive even our refund .

Request for refund

I have now had no response to 3 emails, 2 online emails, a facebook message and a review on Trustpilot (which clearly shows I am not the only person dealing with shocking customer service).

I am therefore requesting a full refund. I will also be talking with my bank about potential fraud on your part.

This could all have been avoided if the company had the decency to respond.

According to your reply to my last review:

I made the big mistake to place another order after my mom's order still not arrived. My odernumber is #1500005269 I placed this order in march but it still didn't arrive. The order my mom took (order no: #1500005154) six month ago also never arrived. She sent you an email on May 18, 2020, 5:29:38 PM GMT+10 in which she said she wants her money back but still got no answer until today.
So please cancel both of the orders and refund our money!

Worst experience ordering customised back online

They kept telling me that my customised order was on the way... after 5 months I told them I didn't want it any more... it still took 2 requests to actually get my refund that they said they would process on the first request. I kept asking for someone to call me and they never did and the replies to my emails became less frequent

Not a happy customer

I ordered a wallet for my friend's birthday. When it arrived the monogram was very poorly embossed. I contacted customer service asking for a refund but they just ignored my request and sent out a replacement without confirming with me first. By this stage I have already gifted my friend something else, because it was too embarassing to give her the low quality wallet. So now I just have 2 wallets that I have no use for...
Also when you call their number on the website, it doesn't connect you to anyone. I suggest you fix this!

The incorrect name was written on the…

The incorrect name was written on the phone case and was not checked with sales associate when picked up. The monogram on the back of phone has totally worn off now too which is disappointing.

Very poor quality of leather and…

Very poor quality of leather and craftsmanship. Glue was showing and the placement of the leather was very poor. The monogram placement was off centre and the letters are not correctly printed. I doubt this product will last me a long time, only benefit is that I purchased on sale not full price.

6 weeks. No delivery. No responses.

I have submitted help tickets online to this company already twice with no reply despite supposed 24 hour response times. When you call the helpline it goes to a voicemail. I ordered the product 6 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been delivered and no one has been in touch. Of course I have already been charged for the item though.

Actually the pop-up response Mon Purse shows once a ticket is submitted, clearly states 1 business day. I screenshotted it. Also - no I haven’t received any responses. Which is why I said as much in my review.
