The foil monogramme came off within a week or two. The phone lives in my bag or on my desk. Would have excpected it to last alot longer.

I loved my product so much however the gold writing (the key feature of the product) came off after 2 weeks!! so disappointing especially when it was expensive

Good customer service but the overseas shipping is horrible! I placed an order which took two months to arrive and when it finally did, one of the items was wrong. It’s been three months since then and I have yet to receive my item (the one I initially ordered)!

Mon Purse is such a beautiful range. I bought my sons the small blue journals with pale blue pages. They are so lovely and such beautiful quality. My sons loved them.

I was happy with the look and quality at first, but don’t be mistaken. Your phone is not protected with the case on. The glass on the back of my phone has smashed while my phone was in the case! You’re suppose to protect your phone by placing it in a case but obviously the quality of this case isn’t durable enough to prevent your phone from smashing. Very disappointed with the product ☹️

The absolute worst experience!!

I ordered a monogrammed washbag as a Christmas present for my partner and it turned up late without the monogram. I purchased an alternative present and tried to return the washbag but was told that I would have to pay the shipping fee to Australia.

Subsequently I received an email saying my new washbag was on way - this hadn't been requested. I was then charged a customs fee for the new washbag that I hadn't asked for and didn't want. I now have two unwanted washbags and have had no response to my emails requesting a refund
