Dreadful! Easy to sign up, easy to deposit and play with both cash and the so called free spins. Made a withdrawal with a huge profit of £11 and when I went back to deposit and play again I find that they have closed the account!! According to ‘24/7 chat support’ they may or may not release the funds back to me if I send them dated selfies showing driving licence, outside view of my place of residence and utility bills!! Oh well, it has taught me a lesson and I suppose I should be thankful that they have only stolen my deposit of £20 and the £11 profit from me.

Many times a £10 deposit can be be doubled into £20 or so on with higher deposits. But if not taken at certain point, the game/website will just then give a small tiny wins every fewer spins which then lead to taking your profit and the deposit too. Cant complain they give you your birth date as a bonus for your birthday (1986 is mine so got £19.86), i had to deposit £10 but withdrew £29.50!

I deposited money into this casino, played, and won, but they refused to pay out my winnings. Instead, they only refunded my deposit. Before this, my partner’s friend and her ex-partner used her card (which was considered a third-party card) to play on the site, and they had no issues with receiving their payouts, even though they lost. Now, they’re telling me I’m not allowed to use a third-party card, even though others were allowed to in the past—only when I won, did they refuse.

It seems clear that the casino only allows third-party card usage when it benefits them. I’ve already sought advice from my solicitor and will wait for their response to the final email. If I don’t hear back by February 21st, I will be submitting a court claim for the money I rightfully won, supported by evidence of others being allowed to use third-party cards. This is a scam.

Joined their site yesterday, deposited £10, had a very small win. They closed my account for absolutely no reason.

I asked why (and I was perfectly prepared to verify my account) until they requested a "enhanced verification" which includes about half a dozen different selfies, including ones of me, standing outside my house, showing door number amongst other things. Sorry, not happening. Surely smashes privacy laws that kind of thing and totally over the top.

I have won had my account awhile, won some lost some...my account was then limited, wouldn't let me deposit so I stopped playing for a while, anyway I received 10 free spins and logged back into my account, won £7 then I turned that into £300 and wanted to withdraw, turns out my old card details are saved, so i try to update and it says i can't...my balance needs to be below £50 apparently. Spend X amount of money and 'win' 20 free spins @10p each. Got email giving link to the free spins and on first spin 'insufficient funds'. Lady on chat seemed to be a bit clueless and kept telling me to wait while she looked into my account.. First of all, they should've kept their legit name, Virgin Casino because when they changed, I knew it was going to be all over! This has been by far the worst experience in the history of ALL casinos! I have been trying to contact live chat, email and even by phone since 1/3/2025 and NO ONE has responded. They are pretending they don't see any of messages and that's because they know what went wrong with one of my transactions, they CAN keep that money for the times they have credited my account in the past with their $10.00 but of course after several of my deposits.
