I still have not received any information regarding returning the item for a replacement due to the fact it was not done correctly. Has been over a month. If the product was done correctly I would have loved it.

SO disappointed to say the least. I ordered about $167 worth of merchandise for Christmas and one of my pillow cases (made for a 3 year old) was done so poorly, I knew I could not give it as a gift after that.You could clearly see they did it so quickly , that there was ink lines in two separate areas of the pillow that clearly was not suppose to be there
I reached out to the company with proof of damage on the pillow case itself and proceeded to let me know that a replacement would be sent out. Now , I knew I was not going to get this on time for Christmas and asked them SEVERAL times to just refund the money back to me so that I could get something else. After two weeks emailing them and them ignoring my wishes , they tell me that my replacement is on the way. I did not get my replacement till January 8th. UNBELIEVABLE!!! They still choose to ignore my email and for that, I will no longer be purchasing another single item from this company. So unprofessional and so disappointing given the big purchase I made for the holidays.

They are aweful. You cannot get a human for help. Ordered 12.1 said I need by 12.23. They shipped it out ground 12.23 totally missed christmas. Never again
I ordered 2 plush mink blankets
I ordered 2 plush mink blankets. The plush material distorts the photos. All 4 photos (of my sons & grandmother) across the top were cut off, no heads on my sons. Their prices were higher than others (final cost for two 50x60 was $115) They sent an excessive amount of advertising texts to my phone. Shipping was expensive & took 4 weeks although they said it would be 1-3 business days. After contacting them it was changed to 5-7 business days. I could only contact them through 1 of the 5 different numbers they texted from (couldn’t sign in on their website until 2 weeks after I ordered, even though I had an account (I’d previously ordered a watch storage box), after contacting them I was able to log in. I seen that shipping was updated again 10-15 business days for production & no update for shipping.
Exceptional customer service
Amazing customer service! Two items from my order arrived after Christmas, took three weeks, and I also noticed an almost unnoticeable wrinkle in the printing on top of my own mistake of having the year that my brother in law & his wife were married. I emailed customer service, explained that I didn’t feel I should be responsible for shipping to return items but that I’d be happy with a reprint. Matt got right back with me with an apology and told me they were doing a reprint, with the upmost care, and would notify me when it had shipped, at no cost or hassle to me. Super happy customer, this is how customer service should be!
These pillows are poorly made
These pillows are poorly made. I ordered two and each have a different color tone, one faded, and each pillow cuts off part of the picture in different spots. The print is very spotty and looks terrible. I will never use this company again. I ordered December 5th for Christmas gifts and got these ugly pillows January 5th. Good thing I was forced to get a backup gift because these pillows are trash.

Ordered a pillow with our cat in it for my daughter for Christmas. It’s terrible. The seam at the bottom of the pillow was opening when it was delivered along with one of the ears being cut in half and the seam is also opening. If I would’ve paid full price instead of purchasing a Groupon I’d be even more upset.

I placed my order Nov. 30th thinking that was plenty of time to get it before Christmas, but no. They say it could take up to 15 business days, but really there should be a clear warning that you will not receive your order before Christmas Day. So disappointed.
