After waiting a month for my order to arrive, they sent me the wrong item. Instead of a monogrammed dance tote, they sent me a very poor quality pillowcase! I emailed them 6 times and EVERY time they asked me to send pictures of the item and of the packing slip. Then, they would respond with “That is the quality we send all customers “. I continued to tell them they sent the wrong item!! After telling them I was reporting them to the BBB and Attorney General’s office for scamming people, they finally sent me the item I ordered (almost 2 months later). That was my first and LAST time ordering from this company!!

I had order a pillow customized for fathers day and then they finally tell me like 2 weeks later they had to cancel it. Wasnt gonna be doing the pillows anymore. Worse service ever. I would suggest walgreens for yoru custom needs.

I placed my order and have yet to receive any updates on order. When I put in my order number and email, it says not found. When I look online, it says "unfilled" but it's been paid for.

I purchased several items from this site and am very happy with all of them. I had all of them monogrammed and the items look very nice.

I ordered a body pillow case and a blanket. Pillow case was perfect!!! Blanket was kinda thin and not as thick as I thought it was going to be. Pictures were perfect but blanket was thin.

I ordered a pillow. I received it and it's totally wrong. I emailed Customer service a couple times. I have heard nothing. I'm disappointed

I ordered a mask March 21st and still have not received even a shipping confirmation. I just....really am sad because Mega con is May 21st...and I really thought 2 full.months for a cloth mask would be plenty of time and now im not sure if I will be able to even cosplay.

Everything I ordered was correct and quickly shipped. All the grandkids and great grandkids loved to see their name on the Easter bags to be used for the egg hunt.

This is one of the biggest cases of misrepresentation I've yet to see online. Beach towel presented with monogram doing vertical, arrived horizontal. The size of the beach towel is for an American Girl Doll, not a human! It is almost for a hair towel. PItiful. And purchases 2 before spring break. Waste of $50!

The Easter bags are really big. I am sure that the dimensions were included, but it would have been helpful if the description emphasized the size. Rather too big for twin ten-year olds and a 13 year-old whose gifts attend to be smaller. I goofed, I guess. The imprints are a bit muted but I think that is typical of printing on this type of fabric. Bags are sewn nicely and quite sturdy.

I ordered 2 personalized beach towels for my grandson to take to his first beach vacation. Monogramonline was very quick to get my ordered completed, informed me of when it would be shipped and quick to get the order to me. However, the quality of these $24.99 beach towels were horrible upon receiving. So much so that I won’t even give them to him. I reached out to monogramonline and received a message of apology and was told these would be replaced. The next day, I received another message from the same person telling me that when he put the replacement order in, it was rejected because he was told that’s “just how these towels look.” He said the best he could offer is a $49.98 store credit. I then requested a refund. Why would I truly want a store credit when the quality of these are so bad? He responded again saying that all they can offer is a store refund. I accepted because evidently I’m not getting my money back. The person was nice and quick to respond but I should be given a refund. I guess I’ll try my luck on something else for the $50. It’s very disappointing that I cannot give these beach towels to my grandson and cannot even get a refund to purchase somewhere else. I have since read reviews about Monogramonline and I sure wish I would have read them ahead of time and saved my $50. Lots of complaints about the quality of their items. Next time I’ll go to Etsy or another personalized company. If you’re reading this, look elsewhere!

This makes a really cute gift. Wish the colors were a little brighter but this bag is really cute.

Just received one item out of 3. Recently notified that the other 2 are being shipped. Fist item was not too my liking as it looked cheaply made.

Purchased flags to go outside my new RV… They are nice, although kinda small… One problem I had with ordering them is they wouldn’t allow an apostrophe to be added to my last name… So it isn’t grammatically correct… I will try to add an apostrophe myself… Otherwise they are ok…
