Spent over 120euro on an order for it to never arrive, got sent back and a month later I am still trying to get in contact with the customer service team. I’ve sent countless emails, called and nothing. Amazing art but I do not recommend trying to get anything from their site.
The shirts are not good quality. They are scratchy and the sleeves are too short. Does not justify price.
I bought several prints from them during the pandemic, they were gorgeous, fast forward to 2025 and I ordered one for my brother and the quality is terrible now. I spoke with customer service who were somewhat aloof and gave a kind of meh response like they weren't willing to fess up that they switched printers. I left a negative but very fair review all things considered and they've not posted it, I don't think they ever will. I noticed any negative feedback they get through their Instagram gets deleted. What a shame, they used to be cool.
