I've been playing this website for about two months now. I understand it's a new and not very popular website, but there are constant issues. The website is pretty laggy, and it is not uncommon for parts of the sites to go down at least once a day. The most common part of the website to go down is slots. I have ran into many times gambling where the slots suddenly go down for hours.
It's a little bit sketchy that they also let you deposit hundreds of dollars without verifying your account/location first. The second you want to do a withdraw they request all of your documents and information. This was fine for me because I live in a place where I am allowed to use the website. It's just a little bit concerning that they have no issues letting you deposit hundreds, if not thousands of dollars but the second you need to withdraw they require documents. Yes, there is a TOS warning you have to accept to play and it tells you the listed legal countries but it does not seem right that they do not make you verify first before playing to ensure players do not lose money.
The reward system sucks. I am not a player who spent $100 dollars and made my decision on this website. I was rank 600 for total wagered within my first month of playing. I spent $3,000-$4,000 in one month and expected to maybe get some decent rewards for my monthly and rake back bonus. I am not lying when I say my monthly bonus for the month was .5% of my total deposits for the month. Yes, you read that right HALF A PERCENT! Anywhere else will give you better rake back.
Overall, there are so many better options for casino websites. Rainbet, Stake, Roobet, etc. Go play elsewhere. There are for sure some good websites that are up and coming but this website is far from it. It is filled with way too many flaws and not the best reward systems. I will admit the staff is pretty nice and helpful. That's about all the compliments I can really give the website. They are missing a lot of the 'slot staples'. They also lack a lot of the slots other websites have. I am pretty disappointed that I spent the money here but it was a worth trying it for the one time to tell others about it.
