Product has potential but needs work. The have a solid concept, and I like the fact that the owner is a public figure. Game selection is good, customer service live chat is English speaking. Payout can be somewhat slow, but they do eventually come. They are definitely lacking a solid promotional lineup and have very few promos to compete with other sites in the space. They need a better retention program for loyal players, very limited email follow up. And do not offer the same contests that many other sites offer. Been using MonkeyTilt for a bit now and honestly it’s been solid. Everything runs smooth, the site is easy to use and deposits are instant.
Had one sports bet get stuck on pending once, but I just messaged support and they fixed it straight away, so can’t really complain.
Withdrawals have been quick too, first withdrawal was not instant but they never are. Overall just a good experience and I’ll keep using it.

Alright had a negative experience but they made up for it. Had issues with withdrawl and account got locked up but they resolved it. Took a little bit of time but honest at the end, I had $5,250 on hold but they allowed me to withdraw.
