CUSTOMER SERVICE

CUSTOMER SERVICE- I had a payday loan and this is from September 2025. When my refinancing for my mortgage was done the payday loan was paid off by the Lawyer. But Moneymart deducted this amount from my Account as well inspite of the Lawyer making the payment.
I called the customer service regarding this issue numerous times also sent all the documents needed.
Every customer service representative said he/she would escalate the issue. It's already a year gone by and the issue was never resolved. The $400 moneymart owe me should be reimbursed with interest.
Also today September 17th 2026 I applied for a payday loan and it shows the loan is active for the amount of $1140 but the money isn't gone to my account. When I called the Interac e- transfer, I was told they could see the money deposited but if it is not in my bank account which I have checked, I should find out from Moneymart where the money is deposited. For this issue I have spoken to so many customer service representatives, in fact I sent the bank statement as I was asked to do so by one of the customer service reps to show the money is not deposited in my account. But issue is not solved all I could say is the worst customer service. If I could give zero stars I would do so.

I had a really great experience dealing…

I had a really great experience dealing with Keith at Money Mart. He was friendly, professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward.

I really appreciated his helpfulness and the way he treated me with respect. Excellent customer service from Keith — thank you for all your help! I would definitely recommend dealing with him.
