MMI was there in 2021 when I wanted to start a debt snowball and take control of my cc debt. I was able to pay off earlier than scheduled and the whole experience was amazing. The staff was consistency helpful and available when needed! I would highly recommend MMI!

MMI was a great company to work with. They understood what needed to be done and they done it. I recommend this company to anyone that has problems with their finances. I hope I never have to use them again for the reason; I don’t want to have financial problems again, but if I do I will definitely use them again!!! Plus, they don’t charge you fees for everything. It absolutely help me save money.

I reached out to MMI in January of 2020 because my debt was crushing and exhausting. I just could NOT get ahead of it. It was so bad that, during my initial phone call, I ended up absolutely sobbing in tears because I was so overwhelmed. The representative that I worked with was so incredibly patient and kind. She walked me through every single step. And got my program started. 5 years later, May of 2025, my nearly $65,000 worth of debt is paid off. Payment arrangement was completely manageable and I'm still amazed that that much money has been paid off! When I have called for assistance, every representative that I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful. They were always sure to answer every question I had, no matter how silly it might have seemed. I highly recommend money management Inc. to anyone who feels the need to get their debt under control!

One of the legit companies in the market. Very professional, clear information and very straightforward. However, I hope they can provide more persons to talk to, there are times their line’s busy. And their website needs a little update, more streamlined.

They took care of everything with very little help from me. They should get more than 5 stars.

There are lots of fees. And then you get a quote of a percentage rate, but it goes up drastically, when they send you the contract. :(

I called MMI in 2020 . I was broke thanks to the COVID-2019. I had my part-time job and ton of debts on my credit cards. I had to feed myself and pay bills somehow. I could not handle it. I was depressed because of it. My friend suggested me to call MMI, telling they’d help me. I did it. We did it. As I said I had a huge amount of debt. It was long for me but smooth process. In five years I became debt free ❤️ thanks to MMI.

My experience was great! This is my second using MMI, and they have helped me so much. Signing up is easy, and payment process is made seamless with options available for repayment. Service has always been professional and friendly. I love when I completed the service, how I was celebrated. Highly recommend.

We are so grateful for the help of MMI. We recently completed the debt management program, and we paid off all our debt in full in just over four years. The service was excellent, the staff was knowledgeable, warm, and friendly, and the online system easy to use. We highly recommend this nonprofit organization!

My experience with MMI has been asbolutely wonderful. I completed the debt counseling process entirely online. I filled out an easy form, and got a very fast reply that contained information about my options, including how a debt management plan (DMP) could work for me. I chose the DMP and did not feel forced into it in any way. It just made the most sense financially. They negotiated outstanding rates with my credit card providers... I mean, they somehow got one card to lower to a 0% interest rate. It's astounding. All I had to do was review the materials over email, sign a few forms, and there it was!

They also have loads of helpful resources on their website about financial literacy that are very helpful. Because of MMI, I am in a much better financial situation and stress so much less about money and credit card debt. They are great!

Money Managment really worked for me . I have paid off my credit debt and couldn't be happier. They are very up front with you and tell you what to expect. Highly recommend.

This is a great way to have your debt negotiated but still be responsible for making the payments. This allows your credit score to stay in good standing but helps you manage your monthly payment. I highly recommend MMI. They were amazing for me!!!

Very grateful for MMI! Naomi was the consummate professional! She was kind, patient and very comforting. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in insuring all my options were presented and considered. The budgeting consultation extremely useful and on the mark. Highly recommend!

Debt counseling tells you all cards approved before you sign up. That is NOT true. Know that a credit card company can reject you after you sign up with MMI. I was rejected 4 times by Amex. Each time I called, customer service at MMI they said that I was approved and all set. Each time I was lied to. Now I am in debt collection with AMEX.
