The best decision I made was to enter into their debt management program. It has been almost 4 years, and I can begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have added another card to the program, and I love to see that the debt will be taken care of faster than if I had continued paying the minimum payment. All these years in the program, has lifted a heavy load from me.

Good but don't ask a question in client area
Okay they were good until I asked them Bankruptcy through there client area and then they shut off the autopay, this made me miss a payment on all bill and the creditor been blowing up my phone.
I ask 3 people who work for Incharge if they are going to take the money out of my bank account automatically and each person said Yes.
They never took money out and I missed a payment.
Now I'm no longer with them.

First time using their services
I've never used these services before but I got to a point that was more than needed due high interested in some credit cards I have. The lady I spoke to like 6 months ago explained everything so well she was so patient and nice with me with all the question I was having. My total debt is not that big around less than 4k but with low payments every month no more ton of interests I've paid $500 off at this time without affecting my current economic situation. They are great they are really attentive and they really want to help you!

I continue to receive letters from my credit card companies that I have in my loan with you threatening me with canceling because you are paying them past the due date. I would have never consolidated if I had known this stress would continue like this. This should be something you agree on with them at the time of settlement. They won't talk to me about it.

I have been with ICDS for over a year
I have been with ICDS for over a year. My experience has been good. They send me reminder emails every month before my payment is due. They let me know if there’s any issues. I go into my accounts every couple of months to make certain the amount still due is correct. It is nice to be able to just check your accounts without having to call the office.. All documents are on your account so you can view them at any time.

Mixed Feelings & Little Financial Support
Pro: Some helpful information provided, breakdown of budget and deficits given, and respectful staff (i.e., Gil Hewitt).
Cons: Time-consuming process, which may not be able to lead to financial and negotiation support to reduce and eliminate debts. May not provide an optimal solution.
Called the company twice within 6 months and they could not help; either too early to help me out with the creditors (before falling behind payments) or too late for them to do anything (2-3 months behind).
Recommended that I reach out to creditors to settle debts or declare chapter 7 bankruptcy, which did not seem like an appropriate solution.
I am working with Accredited / Beyond Finance to negotiate settlement offers, but they charge a 25% fee. They were able to get one offer to stop a civil suit brought on by AMEX. At least Accredited is trying to help me instead of jumping to declare bankruptcy.
