The bottom line with any investment company is, "Are your investments doing well?". If they are then you can forgive the company being less than perfect in other areas. However, with Moneyfarm you dont need to compromise. Their investment skills are first class leading to superb returns but their customer service is excellent too. Any questions you have are answered in detail, personal to you and promptly. I didn't expect the level of management to be so good and as a result I would never go to a financial advisor again for investment advice. Moneyfarm offers a superb personal investment experience at a fraction of the cost of seeing a financial advisor with your portfolios regularly reviewed and tailored to current market trends. You'll get a brilliant service, thorough, tailored advice and more money to invest.

Found Moneyfarm easy to deal with. after investing in there cash isa i received a call from one of the managers. leaving his contact name and number should i require any further assistance. Pretty poor from moneyfarm refusing to transfer my history form to Fidelity? Phone calls yielded nothing!! Hoping this gets your attention.

Very easy to use and good investment choices yielding a nice return.

I was sceptical at first, but the longer I leave my ISA with them, it’s growing! So, I heartily recommend Moneyfarm as a safe a place to generate a steady interest . Ask
Me again in 5 years!

Very easy to use app. Great customer service and regular updates on investments and performance. Plus returns are very good
Was easy to open an ISA with them and has become easier to track now that the ISA has become part of the standard eToro app instead of a separate app.
Also offered a cashback incentive when I opened the ISA.
Very intuiative app. Easy to understand investment options. Pretty straightforwards to withdraw funds; function could be made more obvious on dashboard. Charges and trades are clear. With all investment platforms, would be great if lower charges
Absolutely disgusting on a ISA transfer communication is so poor and when they say it will happen it doesn't. The ISA transfer company has also been ignored this really is not good enough.
It appears to me they are quick to take your money but words fail me when you want to move your money to another provider which is a right you have !!’
How can a company get away with this.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Compensation is certainly deserved !!
Please beware !!! I’ve never had such poor customer services, communication non existent to poor, and delivery of service poor.

Dreadful business.
Messed up transferring my money into a pension account and has since offered my £200 in compensation for the several thousands (>£10k) that it has cost me.
Technology clearly doesn't work. Despite speaking to their team about 5/6 times they still were unable to allocate my funds to my pension on time.
Have since blamed the error on not being able to "automatically allocate" money into the fund despite me speaking to them several times before the end of the tax year and knowing exactly what I wanted to achieve.
Hiding behind pathetic excuses and not interested in making this right for a customer. It would be refreshing if they would hold up their hands when a clear error has been made, but instead they would rather push the financial loss onto me.
Dreadful business to deal with.

For nearly two months I have been trying to withdraw my money from Money Farm without any success …. They are nothing but a bunch of thieves who refuse to give back my money at every request !
Avoid this company at all costs !!!

I will never use or recommend Moneyfarm due to its unbelievably poor communication and customer service.
An ISA transfer request that was delayed because of Moneyfarm's own clerical error was left unresolved for more than two months, with virtually no meaningful progress made, leading me to cancel it altogether. Throughout this process, communication has been consistently inadequate. Each email went unanswered for a week, leaving me completely in the dark.
When I attempted to resolve matters by phone, I was assured that I would receive a callback on a Saturday. Instead, I received an email the following week informing me that they do not work Saturdays. This perfectly sums up the level of organisation and customer care on display.
The lack of coordination between staff is equally concerning. The employee answering calls appeared to have no knowledge of the employees corresponding by email, creating the impression that different parts of the company operate in complete isolation from one another. There seems to be no ownership of issues, no accountability, and no effective internal communication.
When dealing with people's investments and savings, these standards are simply unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before trusting a company that appears to be managed in such a disorganised and inefficient manner.

When ever I have had a problem, you have always been on hand to help with my problem, and you have always sorted it. Makes for a safe place for me to invest.

1-star is the lowest rating Trustpilot allows, but if I could give Moneyfarm's Cash ISA a -1 star, I would.
I opened this ISA through eToro because I've always had a positive experience with their platform. Unfortunately, my experience with Moneyfarm has been extremely disappointing.
The issues started with slow deposit processing, inaccurate investment statistics, and poor customer service. The biggest problem, however, has been trying to withdraw my own money. What should have been a simple process turned into weeks of delays, repeated verification requests, conflicting information from customer service agents, and multiple failed withdrawal attempts.
On several occasions, I was told by different agents my funds would reach my bank account the next day, only for nothing to happen and the money to be reversed back into the Cash ISA account, up until this morning, I have not gotten my funds, which were first requested on 8th MAY, 2026.
For any financial platform, seemless withdrawals, accurate reporting, and good customer service are basic expectations. Sadly, Moneyfarm has fallen short in all of these areas.
I only wish I had read the reviews here before opening the account.
I tested both MoneyFarm and Trading 212 Cash ISAs (the whole experience for customers is easy; you won't even have to reach out to any customer service agent) unlike MoneyFarm Cash ISA, I will not advise anyone to open a Cash ISA with them.

Zero star. I opened a Cash ISA transfer request and initiated a transfer request from another ISA provider to Moneyfarm. After Moneyfarm confirmed they had been working on the transfer, 3 weeks passed with no news, only for the other ISA provider to tell me they never received any request. I contacted Moneyfarm by email, they took a long time time to reply and had no idea what was going on, nor could they explain why no request had been made. Totally chaotic, clueless. I would not trust them with my money or their unprofessional service. AVOID.

Zero stars if I could. Trying to transfer out my money. No one answers the phone, leaving you completely in the dark while they hold your capital. To make matters worse, when they finally released my funds, they sent them completely blank without an account name or personal reference number. My money is now sitting in limbo because Moneyfarm won't answer inquiries from my new broker to confirm the transfer details.
Avoid this platform if you want reliable access to your own money or expect any form of competent customer support.

Terrible almost non existent customer service. I have messaged / emailed 3 times to try and change my bank details for deposits and withdrawals. To date 2 weeks later and nothing has been updated.
UPDATE 02-06-26
Words fail me. I post a negative review and of course there is an instant "We are sorry. This is not the service our clients expect" etc etc. I contact Moneyfarm again and foolishly expect action. All I wanted to do was update my bank details. I am still waiting. Next step is to report them to the FCA and close my account. If they can't manage a simple admin request I am not prepared to trust them to look after my finances.
Dear MoneyFarm I have come to the conclusion that the best method of communication with you is via Trustpilot as all my direct emails never receive a response. Two weeks ago I requested that my account is closed. Can you please action this as a matter of urgency. Thank you.

Where do I even begin to start with this company !
I decided to transfer my cash ISA on the 29th April. After finding a better option elsewhere, I decided to cancel the transfer, which they even state in their terms you are allowed to do within 30 days.
I emailed and phoned on the 30th April and spoke to a lady explaining that I wanted to cancel and was told i’d be contacted by their ISA team. No contact that day, but received a reply to the email on the 1st May, saying that they had sent a request to the ISA team to cancel the transfer. Heard absolutely nothing for over a week, and had to send another email, which they eventually replied to on the 15th May with the usual excuses of receiving a high volume of queries (hate to think why) confirming the my transfer request was cancelled. During this time I noticed that my funds were still showing in the account, occasionally making a few quid in interest, so it clearly hadn’t been cancelled, and instead invested. Tried calling, and you are left on hold for around 5 minutes and then cuts off as no advisors apparently available.
The ISA Transfer to my new provider has taken 3 weeks, where as if you moved to any other ISA provider, you’d have your cash moved over within a couple of days. Not here, it has literally dragged on for the full 15 business days. After all this, I made about half in interest with Moneyfarm than I would have if I’d have left it in my previous account which had a worse interest rate. Says it all really, and easily the worst financial decision I’ve ever made.

warning - to withdraw your savings/investments is a slow two stage process that is poorly explained on their website and its awkward to navigate. You have to first give the request to withdraw a certain sum. You then have to wait 2/3 working days until that sum appears as 'cash' in your account. You have to log in again to instruct Moneyfarm to transfer the cash to your bank account. Moneyfarm then take another 1 or 2 working days before the sum will appear in your bank account. So you have to log in between stage 1 and stage 2 to check if the funds are available - they don't message to tell you. Nor do they message to inform you of the progress of stage 2 to see if the sum has been transferred. I logged in only to see the word "pending' and had to phone them for more info. Why are the funds not transferred to your bank as soon as the sale proceeds are available ? It should be the same day . When I raised these issues over the phone nobody was available to explain or justify. It should be a clear, simple and quick procedure to withdraw funds but Moneyfarm make it a slow and cumbersome process with no clear and obvious guidance.
