If you are considering opening an…

If you are considering opening an account with this bank, I strongly advise against it. It appears to be a significant scam. I sent money from Moneco to a bank account in the United States, and it has been seven days, and I have not received any money. I contacted Bank of America, but they informed me that they do not see any transaction.
Additionally, I was supposed to receive a payout in Euros from a company. They the money, but my account was frozen. This is extremely frustrating. I have not received any response, and I have no money. I strongly recommend that you avoid this bank.

Run away with your money they are dead

I created a new account, confirmed my identity, sent money to the account, the account opening fee was deducted, and after all of that, I did not receive the card and there is no option to get it. I contacted support via chat and WhatsApp in English and French, and 4 days have passed and I did not receive a single response, as if they were dead. All of this is still at the beginning and they provide this bad service. If any problem occurs in the future, I do not think they will be helpful at all. If you want to take care of you and your money, run away from this service.

First of all, I am sorry about the experience you've had.

For context, for some countries like Pakistan or Bangladesh, our card issuer partner currently prohibits us from giving card to people who live there. We are working on that, to try and improve this, but at this stage some countries are still prohibited.

I have a bad experience with moneco

I have a bad experience with moneco , i send the money with wester union in a moneco bank account and the money does not dropped in the banque account even i contact wester union and they insure me to contact moneco about the money , i contact them via WhatsApp and i didn't receive any response , money is destinated to my cure .. moneco is a nightmare for me ..

Stole my money and not responding



My account was restricted on the basis that I am not located in France, despite the fact that their website clearly states they offer payment solutions for users in Africa. Subsequently, they requested my IBAN in order to withdraw the remaining balance from my account. After providing it, I was informed that the funds had instead been returned to the original senders, and that I would need to contact them directly to recover the money.

Since Friday, I have sent multiple emails seeking clarification and resolution, but have received no response. I have retained all relevant evidence regarding this issue.

On the matter you are talking about, unfortunately some of those decisions are often outside of our decision scope, it's usually our bank partner who decides and sometimes their decision is frustrating for you, the user.

Now, what I can tell you is that we've developed a new offering exactly to solve those issues, and I am sure the new offer will be much more adapted to your needs.
