bad support

Terrible support - Terrible everything

Terrible support. To log in you have to try multiple time and works only from time to time until it completely stopped. Transfers sometimes work sometimes don't, same as everything else within the app. Subscription is very expensive for the type of services and customer support it offers. Would give it a - 5 if there was an option for that.

My funds are stuck and I have received no clear explanation. This is unacceptable service for a financial institution."

From good experience to terrible experience

Initially I had a spectacular experience with Myfin, but it happens on December 30, 2025 I was notified by the responsible department in order to justify the origin of my funds. And due to their decision, I temporarily lost access to the account that had a total of €2,580.00.

Given the need to justify the origin of my funds, I sent all the necessary documents for this purpose. But it turns out that later I wrote to the general support and they asked me to send the proofs again and that by the way I did them with zeal and dedication, but it turns out that until today, January 27, 2026, I have not had an answer from them (Myfin). I asked them to simply refund the amounts because I needed to pay for some urgent services and still they didn't give me any answer.

Bad e-bank app

Unfortunately, my experience with the MyFin application has become extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

❌ Major Verification Issue
The verification page does not work at all. No matter which option or country I select, the process fails, making it impossible to verify my account.

❌ Account Blocked for Weeks
Because of this technical issue, I have been unable to use my account for more than two weeks, which is completely unacceptable for a financial service app.

❌ No Customer Support Response
I have sent multiple emails and support requests, but received no response at all.
This level of support is extremely poor and unprofessional, especially for an app that handles users’ money.

❌ Lack of Communication & Transparency
There is no clear explanation, no alternative verification method, and no communication from the MyFin team.
Users are left stuck without access to their funds or services.

⚠️ Very Disappointing Experience
For a financial application, reliability and support are critical. Unfortunately, MyFin fails seriously in both areas.

👉 MyFin needs urgent improvements in:

Fixing the verification system

Providing responsive customer support

Respecting long-term users and their trust

Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this app to others.

Myfin is a huge scam Ebank

Myfin decided to shut down my account for no reason saying I need to provide my source or income even tho I never surpass 6k euro a month which is not a big amount of money but yet they decided to do and keep me out and whenever I try to call them asking the reason and explanation they say we will investigate and u should wait while my money Is stuck inside absolute robbery 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

They essentially stole my money

They essentially stole my money. I had $187 in my account, and suddenly I couldn’t log in. I tried resetting my password, but it was reset, and I still couldn’t log in. Despite sending several emails to their support, which they never responded to, it seems my account was blocked without any prior notification. This is the kind of service you can expect from E-Bank.

This bank

This bank, is literally stealing your money
DO NOT deal with them, they are shady scammers, they are of unkown background and we know nothing about them, they closed my account 3 months ago for no reason at all, legit i dare them to reply here and say what was the reason, anyway they opened it today for "48 hours" and i was able to take all my money out, theives, never again

The bank is ignoring the recovery of my bank account despite contacting them several times because my account was hacked

The bank contacted them saying that my account was stolen and someone changed my email and password and my Gmail account was hacked and the hacker contacted the bank to change my phone device with his phone to access my bank account. I contacted them all The bank's emails, and every time they give an excuse. Although I sent them a photo of my passport to confirm that I am the legal owner of my account and I want to recover it, but in the last message they sent me my phone number and I am not able to Contact them by phone first because I don't speak English or Bulgarian. What's the point of their email support?

got this email out of the blue, i dare them to provide any proof of misuse or anything illegal
took away all my money and blocked my account

my account was hacked and I asked for the account to be immediately deactivated with the consequent transfer of the funds to another bank of mine; I sent the certificate of ownership of the other bank they asked for and I am no longer receiving any feedback nor have I received my money (as soon as I receive updates I will add the 5th star)

Account Blocked Without Response Despite Clear Justification

I am extremely disappointed with MyFin’s handling of my account. My account was *blocked without warning, even after I *provided full documentation** explaining a received payment related to my work as a performing artist.

I clearly justified the transaction, shared my activity as an entertainer, and explained my professional background. However, **no one has responded** for several days, and *my account remains blocked.

I am a public figure with over *29,000

MyFin's lack of communication is unacceptable. At minimum, customers deserve a response or timeline when their funds are frozen.

Please advise how I can escalate this issue or contact someone directly for urgent resolution. My account is registered under the name: MAJDI SHARIF
