Check your orders when receiving. They found it acceptable to send a used product with coffee stains on monitor, cord bent on camera and cords all tangled. Im very happy with both the belly band and maternity underwear. Very comfortable, and the support from the belly band helps so much! I accidentally or ordered the wrong size, emailed that same day as soon as I realized, and they were able to swap that out for me! Customer service is great!

Excellent Customer Service
We really appreciated Momcozy's responsiveness when our bottle washer broke. Responses were quick, and they provided suggestions for how to troubleshoot. We ended up having to get two replaced, but shipping was very quick and the current bottle washer we have works great. We highly recommend this bottle washer and company.

The pregnancy pillow I ordered is great quality and very comfortable to sleep with. There was a small opening in one of the seams, so I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement right away. They even followed up afterward to make sure everything was okay with the replacement.
I highly recommend this company! Their customer service was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy.

There Customer Service is the worst I ever came across, let me tell you what happen to me wirh momcozy.
I purchased the item BM04 5 inch screen dual- mode smart baby monitor.
My daughter never got the item bcoz there was undeliverable, so they said, I understand the process, when a product is sent back to the sender. It take a few weeks for processing, but its 2 months later and I never got refunded for the product I purchased.
It's like pulling teeth to get someone to call me and fix this problem. They always want me to send a message, only to redirect me to no where. I paid almost $200.00 for this product and I only want my money back.
