The breast pumps helped me reach 7 months and still ongoing of milk supply to my baby girl. I even bought as a gift to my friend in London when her baby was born. When I had an issue with one of the breast pumps the support team was amazing, helpful and easy to work with to find a solution.

Disappointed
We have three Momcozy products that we were gifted from a baby shower and all three have been awful.
For starters, one the M5 breast pump stopped working three days after our baby was born. It would say it was charging but never actually charged and would not turn on at all.
We also were gifted a portable sound machine and another sound machine/ light combo that both stopped working within two weeks of minimal use. Either wouldn’t charge at all or wouldn’t hold a charge for more than 20 mins.
Overall, I have been very disappointed with Momcozy products for our first born baby.

Easy Replacement
The replacement process was easy and quick! We exchanged a few emails and then the order was shipped and arrived quickly! I wasn’t given a hard time, which was really great!

I am delighted with the service! I had an issue with my breast pump; I contacted them and they responded immediately. I sent proof of the defect, and they didn't hesitate to replace it. Mom Cozy has been my favorite brand since becoming a mom—thank you, Mom Cozy team.
Bottle washer
I’ve had my bottle washer since October and last week it stopped working. It kept blinking no water when there was plenty of water in the tank. I reached out to Momcozy and sent them a video of what was going on and they sent me a replacement that I received 4 days later. Customer service was a breeze and now I have a brand new bottle washer again.

I do not recommend the M5 breast pumps
I do not recommend the M5 breast pumps. I am very disappointed in them. I had such a bad experience with them. Flimsy design and materials, aster 1 month and a half they already give signs of malfunctioning but the most important thing: they would leave my breasts extremely sore and tense.

Had bought momcozy m5 months ago and just started using as I used hospital grade plug in pump after birth.
One motor stopped working. I contacted customer support and initially they responded, I followed up twice today and no response. I contacted the company I bought it from online to try and get proof of purchase as I’ve lost the order email. I sent the codes of the product.
Such a terrible service and dangerous item for already exhausted and vulnerable mothers really as you’re left in the middle of the night in agony and hungry baby!
These don’t appear to be for regular use, I gather they’re for someone using maybe a handful of times a week at most. I’m sorry I didn’t go with hospital recommended grade Elysa hands free option, but I was caught by all their influencer ads and the likes!
Stay away!

Momcozy addressed my concerns when I reached out to them because
my pump stopped working. They quickly sent a replacement and I received it within 3 days. They have amazing customer service.
Excellent products. Value for money. Quick support.
Being first-time parents, we came across Momcozy products on Instagram and we bought two of their products - hands-free breast pump and baby monitor.
The portable pump helped me immensely. It was a game changer both for pumping at home and while traveling. We offloaded the cleaning work for the pump a bit by using a baby sterilizer. I have tried other pumps, but Momcozy works like a breeze. It hardly hurts my sensitive nipples.
The baby monitor is another game changer for us. Easy to connect, no WiFi needed, portable, can be powered using a power bank means that we relied on it almost completely both at home and while traveling.
We even had to contact their support after about a year of purchasing their product due to what seemed like a hardware issue on the baby monitor. They were quick at addressing the issue by offering us a free replacement without asking many questions.
We are so happy with their products that we are recommending it (and planning a surprise gift) to our best friend couple who is awaiting their baby soon!

I had a fantastic experience!! My washer was not working and I reached out to customer service via email. After many attempts to try to fix the issue with their help I was still getting an error code. I got sent a brand new one. I am so thankful!

Momcozy can improve on time management…
Momcozy can improve on time management and communication. It took 3 weeks for me to get a replacement pump that was defective. Also this is my 3rd replacement in 6 months so the if you ask me the products are not tested enough before hitting the market. I had to purchase another pump in my waiting period to be able to properly continue to feed my newborn.
