As a broker admin it is really important to be able to communicate and discuss cases quickly to ensure a good experience for all.

Contacted livechat today spoke to Rex, was really helpful and quick with responses.

Quick, Easy & Efficient

Quick, Easy & Efficient.

As a broker it's really important to have lenders with good systems and excellent support staff. I dealt with Rex both last week and this week and they were excellent. Super friendly, really helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

BEST LENDER EXPERIENCE

I have used MOLO to refinance some of my properties via Brokers (Almyra Finance) they have been amazing, I could not wish for better lender! Thank you guys!

Rex at Molo Finance - great help

Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs.
Initial process for receiving a mortgage offer was standard enough however 4 months later, still not complete.

Constantly receive additional questions from legal teams, often questions that have been answered more than once already.

Should have been a simple buy to let purchase by a UK resident for a UK property, have now spent significant additional legal expenses and likely to face late completion penalties.

Despite several chasers and reminders of the timescale, Molo has shown zero appetite to meet any deadlines and continue at their own snails pace.
