Site is misleading - the picture of the 'shop' supposedly in London is AI-generated and is not actually a shop or a person that exists. The products are nothing like those shown on the website.

I placed an order on 19.12.25. it did not arrive in the 2.3 days as advertised. It has not arrived at all.
I have sent numeous emails asking for a refund but nor received this.
I have complained. Sent emails.
No replies.
This site is a scam!!
Steals money - does not supply goods.
I will be referring to the consumer services.
I ask other to do this too, who have had this experience as this company is scamming people of their hard earned money.

Ordered a pair of boots, which never arrived, contacted them they said they were having Staffing problems !!
Asked for a refund of my money which was taken out of my bank on the day of ordering, since then heard nothing from them.
Avoid this company they are a con, they should not be allowed to advertise on social media, these type of companies should be vetted more strictly.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Have been asking for a return for over two weeks. There is no phone number and they are not replying to my emails. Guess I can kiss that fifty quid goodbye. Dreadful company.

Do not buy from this company. They false advertise. I bought a daughter and mother bracelet and only received one bracelet in the post. I have contact the supplier through shop and through emailing them and they still have not replied with an response or tried to sort the issue out. No way to return the item without knowing you would get a full refund back. It takes a lot for me to write a review but this supplier our ripping people off.

Con, presumed Molly and Moon was in the UK, they are based in China. Quality of coat was thin, rubbish quality and the burgundy colour was horrible. I asked to return and they said the return would be up to £65.00 so they are willing to pay 10% and keep the coat. In the end i agreed 20% this i am yet to receive and it has been a month. I have lost the money for the coat and have a coat i will never wear.

Ordered a coat when I finally received this item was to small there's no return address appalling customer service feel very let down as a pensioner

Bad quality sweater, not at all like advertised. They don’t accept returns and don’t reply to your emails. Altogether a big scam. Don’t buy from them. They also have pictures of a so called shop in London but it does not exist.

Cheap shoddy goods from china. Appalling scammers..They do not refund. So if the goods don’t fit, you won’t get a refund. Fake website, not based in London at all, based in china. You have been warned. I am in contact with my bank trying to get a refund through them!

Would never order from this company again. They sent wrong colour item, no return label. Emailed company who asked for a form to be copied and pasted with lots of info to be filled in. Form would not copy or edit. Wrote another email with proof of purchase, order number and explained their colour error....no reply, apology or refund. Do not buy from them

Described as a Leather jacket but it wasn't leather. Disgusting quality plastic made in China. No way to return it and no response from company customer service. Avoid at all costs!!!

Don’t ever use this company. they sell stuff that aren’t as described i.e described as leather it’s not. 100% satisfaction guaranteed it’s not. Leading you to believe they are in London they aren’t even in the uk let alone London. I received a jacket that was supposed to be leather it’s to small I contacted them the same day I received it. I was offered 10% refund and keep the jacket I refused. I was then offered for me to keep the jacket and pay £20 shipping for a replacement I accepted. The offer was then retracted and again offered the 10% refund and keep the jacket I refused. I was as then offered 20% refund and keep the jacket I refused. I was then offered 40% refund by this time I was fed up and just wanted it over so reluctantly I accepted the 40% refund. I was told it would be in my account in 5 business days guess what 13 days have passed still no refund. I’ve messaged them every day not only have they ignored every email they still haven’t refunded me am I expecting them to no I’m not.

Never ever trust this company. Purchased a cat head sculpture online and it's nothing like the one shown in the advertising photos. Contacted the company via email but getting no reply even though they say they are available
7 days a week. What a scam.

£90 for a pair of boots that took 35 days to arrive. They didn't have a box, the plastic chemical smell that hit me as soon as I opened the package to these "leather boots" means they are unbearable. They look like a child's imitation drawing of what was advertised on the website and i'm pretty sure I won't get a refund. This company is clearly NOT based in the UK or they use a drop shipper from China and do not check the quality. AVOID to avoid disappointment!

Bought a piece of jewellery for my wife which when delivered was broken. This company ignores all of the remote trading regulations and would do nothing to resolve the problem. I would strongly recommend that no one deals with this company. If trading in the uk they should adhere to our laws.

Please do not order from this company, the products are substandard and cheap. They have a good website but the items are not what you get. The delivery time is months not weeks because they are in China.
Do not be ripped off by this company.

Dreadful company. I wouldn’t give it 1 star! Got a jumpsuit. Looks nothing like the picture. The fabric is cheap tat. It took a month to come. Zero chance of a refund as I’ve to return to china. Approx cost £65. Avoid!!!!

Bought a ‘Poppy with dog’ bracelet which took about two weeks to arrive (no problem with that) but I didn’t expect it to come from China. They state free Royal Mail delivery but that’s basically from an address in Cannock. The packaging was just a plastic resealable bag inside a plastic envelope so no real protection.
The item looks cheap and is not the same as the photos. The chain should have two hearts incorporated, one each side of the main charm. These were absent. I had to fill in a return/refund form(rubbish) with pictures which they rejected on the grounds that sale items are non refundable ( try finding that on their website) and the item was as shown which it clearly isn’t.
This company is a scam as there is no London shop, they operate from Holland and sell from China. The adverts are exaggerated and full of lies.
This item in now heavily discounted in the Black Friday sales but the so called original price has gone up by £10:00 and there is always only two left.
Avoid like the plague.

Just don’t give them the time of day. Shut them down and be happy you didnt waste your money - RUBBISH!!!!!
