My husband ordered the ring for me, unfortunately the size is too big and I wanted to change for the size under the ordered one. They try to make us keeping the ring and tell us to give as a gift to someone else and give us a discount to buy a new one. When you tell them that doesn't work they say ok then you can return but don't even provide the return ticket so shipping is all on us. Plus apparently we have to send it to china when the site says it's from Austria. Do not recommend.

Purchased a ring and was late arriving. The one I received is about three sizes too small. The returns process is very long where they keep putting me off returning. I am also expected to pay the shipping fee to return it.

I would avoid

An Absolute scam! they have " good reviews" on their site, but they are probable fake. i got some Moissainte earrings and they are whiter than the cheapest cz, comes in a package Ali express-like and the ultimate sign is their GRA certificate is a fake one. a piece of printed paper.
