Recently received a pair of Moggans socks for Christmas from a family member. Contacted Moggans with a query and Alistair, the founder, replied personally the same day. My query was fully settled really quickly and Alistair kept me informed throughout. Really impressive customer service and love the socks
Bought from an independent shop based on the wool content and Made In Scotland.
Socks are comfortable & warm, well fitting for my slender feet (Full cushion merino socks). Whilst I loved these socks, and proceded to buy another 3 pair after a short trial last winter I am afraid to say they haven't lasted a season. Before the next winter is in I have a hole in the heal, baring in mind they haven't been worn at all over summer this is very disappointing. Too expensive to be buying for less than 6months use. Definitely not up to Smartwool or Darn Tough standards.
