Fantastic company to deal with. Consistently deliver the items I've ordered the following day, and postage is not expensive either. When I made an error and ordered the wrong sized cable combs, they sent replacements with absolutely no hesitation and these arrived before I had even returned the incorrect ones, at no extra cost to me.

I had to source out 8-Pin cables for a Seasonic PSU G-750 SSR-750RM

ModPC delivered exactly what I ordered however there were some incompatibility issues on the GPU side RTX-4070Ti

Absolutely no fault on ModPC's side. I did not provide the correct required information.

I had to work a return and refund - Sali squared this away without issue.

Needed three 8-pin PCEI cables for my Rog Strix 3080 and Seasonic Prime Titanium 850w. Hard to get good info on the right cables. Ordered with some intrepidation over whether they would be the correct cables, so was really reassured that they called (without me asking) to check that I had ordered the right cables. Delivered quickly, working a charm. Yes, they could have had more cable tidies on them, but overall great quality and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Ordered some cables for my Ncase M1 SFF case. Ordered 3 x 30cm cables and Sali was concerned that they would be long enough. I wanted every as short as possible but I said the CPU cable could be 40cm. Sali said that they stocked 30cm & 60cm so I stuck with the 30cm. Package arrive next day and the CPU cable had been custom made to 40cm. Really impressed.

Ordered PCI-E GPU Cable. Delivery was pretty fast but no update after shipped email with ETA or anything like others. Quality of cable seems decent, could really do with an extra cable comb so it doesn't look terrible when it bends tbh. Kinda expected atleast another for the money. They are closed combs so PITA adding another myself really.

Nice site and good layout on their webshop and the shipping was incredible fast.
I have some issues though that takes down the rating and that is (was) the communication. All my issues are now solved and I will continue to buy items from Modpc for sure!

Explanation for my "poor" rating is this:
"I have tried to contact ModPC three times and they have still not answered me since 20 days ago.
They sent me an item that was wrong and they have ignored all my messages to them about this.
You can only contact them by the contact-form on the webpage and they have no working e-mail."

I later got my response and we worked things out and I also got an explanation for their late reply and now everything is in order.

I needed PSU power connectors and sleeving. Got the stuff fast to Denmark. Really great service!!

I have shopped with ModPC on many occasions, and there good customer service keeps me returning time after time.

The quality and workman ship, which has gone into ModPC sleeved cables are like nothing i've seen before, each cable is clearly a work of art.
