I just got scammed by Modomobi they used a free draw to a Tesco prize voucher and they have the cheek to use PayPal to collect the money they should be shut down and PayPal refund all the money to everyone.

Apparently I'd "won" a free gift card from TESCO and somehow I ended up signing up for £5.99 a week from these scamers. I don't even know what I'm supposed to be getting for my £5.99.

This scam bast*** company just took my money and I don’t even sign up to this. I cancelled right away my paypal. How on earth they can do that without even sending an autorization to get our money?

The first time I heard about Modo Mobi Ltd. was when they took £5.99 out of my PayPal account without authorisation. I don’t know what the money was used for but they intended taking this amount every week. I immediately stopped the payment.

They are scammers.
I was surprised when I have pay them on my paypal without any purchases.

Thieving b*stards. They get you to sign a paypal agreement by pretending that its a verification method for doing online surveys etc.. Luckily paypal notified me and I cancelled it immediately.

I've reported this to Newport trading standards but they'll probably do F*** all, hopefully someone may pay him a "polite" visit.

When you "buy" a game or wallpaper for your device, you don't own it, only "rent" it....and pay weekly for the privilege

I have only just noticed they are taking £5.49 a week don’t even no who they are. Just canceled it so hopefully it will stop. So many Scans out there now it’s so horrible how people take advantage of people.😔

For all you people who have been scamed go to your bank tell them of your ordeal they will try to get your money back and delete your cards and isue new ones this company stores your card numbers

they scammed me for £4.99 a week off paypal so i went on the paypal site and cancelled it so i hope it has gone away

You rotten scammers. How can you take funds from my Paypal account with out my authority?

4.99 coming out of my account every week via PayPal, it came out of one bank account and when I cancelled that they started taking it out of another. I have no idea how I’ve became subscribed to this. I logged into paypal and it says they noticed suspicious activity on my account yet still continued to allow the payments leaving my account.

WHO GAVE THIS COMPANY AUTHORITY TO TAKE £4.99 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT? I CERTAINLY DID NOT!

I am not happy I got an email from an issue from a company that I had a complaint with and had a link to the restitution center and it sent me into having to setup payments from my PayPal to you . You guys are very deceiving and getting money that way from people Is wrong and I will be telling everyone I can.

I SEEM TO HAVE BEEN UNWILLINGLY CONNED INTO GIVING THIS LOT MONEY TOO, I GAVE THEM NO AUTHORISATION TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT! IF THEY DO OFFER SOME SORT OF SERVICE I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM THEM???
