I ordered something from the brochure

I ordered something from the brochure, and was contacted by Jonathan, who in the event, came to my home with the item after informing me by phone,today, that he was running late, being held up by traffic. This was very considerate, and when he arrived was most helpful and pleasant.

Jaime and the team from the Clitheroe…

Jaime and the team from the Clitheroe branch. Were amazing. Having discovered how rapidly my father had deteriorated and the need for a stairlift. They bent over backwards to get the equipment fitted in the next few days. Jaime, unlike the other services we asked for a quote from went through in details our options from buying to renting. Nick who came around to fit the equipment. Was exceptionally professional and spent time discussing options around d the fit. The cost also was more competitive than the larger providers. We are really happy with the service and outcome.

I use Modern Mobility in Leicester for…

I use Modern Mobility in Leicester for all my scooter repairs. They are very friendly, and will go out of their way to help. My usual technician is Ainsley. I look forward to him visiting, as I know we'll have a nice chat, he'll tell me the worst possible scenario for my scooter, then he'll pop something off and fiddle with something, and say, "There you are - all done!" Five stars for sure.

Called into the shop found the staff…

Called into the shop found the staff very friendly and helpful good experience all round scooter delivered same day by ainsley. Demonstrated everything on the scooter made sure I was happy with it very pleasant and very helpful highly recommended to everyone !

Called on Tuesday with an issue with my…

Called on Tuesday with an issue with my scooter booked in for friday but had a call to get me in earlier an engineer called Ainsley atteneded and fixed the issue within seconds and gave me some information that was highly appreciated very happy customer would highly to recommend to anyone looking at mobility products

I’ve just had Ainsley round to…

I’ve just had Ainsley round to replace/repair a broken speedometer cable on my TGA Vita S. He is a very polite man and does a great job. My scooter is now repaired and also clean again. Thank you Ainsley for a professional job and being helpful and polite.This country needs more engineers like him. Thanks again to Ainsley and all at Modern Mobility Leicester.

Very good service from start to finish…

Very good service from start to finish very helpful and understanding I had Ainsley the Leicestershire engineer pop out to my scooter that was damaged and he sorted it there and then now I’m able to get back on the road I have dealt with modern mobility a number of times and I’m always happy with the service 10/10 would highly recommend

Stairlift

Arranged for this company to come round and measure for a stairlift. A lovely gentleman from the Chorley branch came, he was called Gary. He explained everything, was patient and really polite, took myself and my husband through every stage of measuring etc and we couldn't have been happier. So much so we've ordered with them and can't wait for the stairlift to be installed, thank you Modern Chorley and thank you Gary !

An absolutely great company!!!

An absolutely great company that seems to go above and beyond a normal service. Firstly, I had an engineer coming around to fix my wheelchair wheel. They make a call about 15 minutes before arrival. Unfortunately my mobile has terrible reception where I live. On the engineers arrival he explained that they would normally not turn up if we don't answer the call but because he wasn't that far away he still came. Which I am obviously extremely glad about as my wheelchair is essentially my legs, and I haven't been able to get out for a couple of weeks now.

The service itself was very fast and he did a great job fixing my wheelchair. He then proceeded to explain that there is a company that covers wheelchair punctures without as excess fee and gave me their number with a leaflet. The engineer (Ainsley) was extremely professional, helpful, but more importantly he was personable and real.

I would recommend this company hands down even just by Ainsley's exceptional service.

Polite and efficient mechanic who found the fault on my scooter and rectified without a fuss
Mannerly and respectful but his main quality was his knowledge of mobility scooters and his servicing 100 %
I would recommend Modern Mibility for value fir money also without hesitation

Wife absolutely loves her new electric…

Wife absolutely loves her new electric wheelchair. Ben and the team are 1st class. Ben went above and beyond even put his hand in his own pocket for added extras for the chair. Thanks from the bottom of our heart's, you have given my wife a new lease of life. Thank you thank you thank you.

WOW.

I rang modern mobility 11sept about 4pm.
Problem, not charging,puncture rear tyre.
Spoke to Ben👋hi Ben,fully expecting the sucking in of air,'ooh,can't fit you in till next -----.
WRONG lovely cheerful Ben arranged an engineer visit 12sept.Engineer Grandad👋 hi Grandad, later rang to say he'd be here at 8am.
As promised,on the dot Grandad arrived.Did a couple of on the spot checks, needed to take scooter to sort my tyre problem😮‍💨.Thought that would mean not seeing my scooter for a couple of days.
HOW WRONG WAS I.
Grandad loaded my scooter and off he went (8:30am).
At 11:30am I got a phone call,my scooter was on its way back to me.
I am over the moon about 1)friendly HAPPY response to my call 2)meeting Grandad (he too was happy, cheerful and informative) and a speedy gonzales in his work.3)the caring attitude of the staff at MODERN MOBILITY.
I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.
I fully understand that not every job can be sorted this quickly but if they can they will.They don't drag jobs out,they get on with it,many other companies could learn from their work ethics.
