Now this is what I call service - fantastic

I have used Railex several times ordering the same size and type of files. This time I placed my order and unknowingly made a mistake and ordered a different product. Clare in Railex Sales noticed I had ordered something different and emailed me to double check If my original order was correct. I quickly replied I had made a mistake and altered the order to my normal product. Received the order within 24 hours. Now that is what I call service. Thanks Clare.

Love the notebook colour choice

I was lucky enough to be a winner of their LinkedIn competition yo win one of their notebooks. The colours are very vibrant and im lookjng gorward to receiving it. Customer service was also great and very quick to respond.

A very efficient delivery and I was…

A very efficient delivery and I was extremely impressed with the high quality of the notebooks.Instead of taking out an average notebook to take orders from my customers I now have a high quality one and already a few customers have commented how good they look.

My journal is gorgeous!!

I ordered the Honeycomb leather journal and I absolutely love it. The quality and value for money is first class. The colour is so lovely and the leather is soft.
Customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend Modena Journals and I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
