Based in China not Netherlands, website should be removed as hundreds of negative reviews stating the same.
They blocked me when I requested a refund for cheap plastic sandals I received!!! £30 stolen!

I have contacted Customer Services on numerous occasions, all they say is that they will get back to me !! Although they never do.

Appalling quality and trying every deflection tactic in the book to avoid sending me the details needed to return a bag. I ordered a large leather tote, which is so poorly made I can see daylight through the single-stitched base. It is unlined and has no base reinforcement, so effectively a single-stitched row of leather string is providing the entire structural integrity. It’s also several shades lighter than expected, but that’s lesser issue. The leather smells cheap and is clearly not quality material.

update:I did send them my email and order number. Also I contacted their customer service and they replied me that they look in to my order, they still ‘ look’in to it and nothing happening. I paid 68 dollars for my order the product worth I received maybe 5 dollars.

I ordered a pair of boots from ModeMuller and am happy with the quality and fit. The only downside was that delivery took a little longer than expected, but I was kept well informed. Overall, a nice store where I would shop again.
I bought a Linen Shirt, which was delivery in the wrong color. ModeMüller excepts no free of charge return. Also they are fishy terms & conditions. There is no return address mentioned.
