Not recommended. Be very careful.
They repeatedly claim on their website that the watches are assembled in Spain / Seville. That was the reason I bought.
Reality:
Independent tracking (Apple Pay / carrier) shows the watch was shipped from Mainland China.
When questioned, the story keeps changing:
• first: assembled in Japan, routed via Hong Kong
• later: multiple warehouses, shipping origin doesn’t matter
That explanation is demonstrably false.
Tracking data clearly shows Mainland China.
Other red flags:
• After purchase, they suddenly call the watch “made-to-order” to block cancellation
• At purchase, it was clearly shown as a stock item (“only X in stock”)
More issues:
• No invoice provided
• No clear company address on the website
• Only vague legal pages, no transparent business details
Key information about origin and product status changes after you pay. When you object, they hide behind generic policies.
Expect the standard reply:
“Assembled elsewhere, Japan, Hong Kong hub, shipping origin irrelevant.”
That story does not match the facts.
If European / Spanish assembly matters to you:

Each order may be prepared and shipped from one location or another depending on several factors such as the specific model purchased, the materials required, stock availability, and the current production workflow.
Regarding China, we would like to clarify something important: our watches are not manufactured in China, and they are not mass-produced items. However, in some cases, certain international shipping routes may pass through Hong Kong as a transit hub, simply because it is one of the most efficient logistics routes worldwide for international deliveries. This does not mean the watch is made there — it is only part of the shipping network used to ensure deliveries are as fast and reliable as possible.
All of our watches are hand-assembled by professionals, using high-quality materials and trusted movements such as Seiko NH series, in order to provide the best possible combination of durability, precision, and design.

Watch out with buying a watch here
Watch out with buying a watch here, the quality is cheap, its all from china, and the put the full watch in plastic, if you remove it, you cant send it back. This is just a trick because you cant even look at the watch before pulling the plastic off. So think twice before buying am overpriced watch here. And btw if its raining you better watch out because €5 are more waterproof then this trash. Dont buy!

Our models are made using premium components such as:
• 316L stainless steel cases
• Sapphire crystal on most models (depending on the specific reference)
• Reliable Seiko movements such as the NH35 / NH34 / NH36, among others (depending on the model)
• Carefully selected bracelets and straps, tested before shipping
We would also like to clarify that we are not a Chinese company, and our watches are not mass-produced in China.
Our main operations are based in Europe, and we work with warehouses and production hubs in:
Spain, France, Germany, and Japan.
That said, some international deliveries may pass through Hong Kong as a transit hub, simply because it is one of the most efficient logistics routes worldwide and helps speed up international shipping. This does not mean the watch is manufactured there — it is only part of the shipping route used by logistics companies.
Regarding water resistance, all of our standard watches are water resistant up to 3 ATM.
This means they are resistant to light splashes, but we do not recommend showering or swimming with the watch in standard configuration.
If you would like to use the watch for activities such as:
• Showering
• Swimming
• Regular water exposure
We offer an optional upgrade called the Waterproof Upgrade, which increases the resistance to 5 ATM.
This upgrade must be added at the time of purchase, because it is applied during the assembly process.

I made a request whilst ordering for…
I made a request whilst ordering for the logo to be removed from the watch, which Moddy’s agreed to. When the watch arrived it still had the logo on it. I requested to return the watch & I have the correct watch I ordered sent to me or a full refund but they had no interest whatsoever & kept making the same excuses. I would never buy from these again or would definitely not recommend to anyone!

Shipping was really bad. Watch if 3/5
My experience was quite bad especially for the shipping but also for the support.
I got my watch in around 50 days. In this time I sent multiple emails asking for help in tracking and at some point I asked to refund my order. They refuse to do this.
I got an answer to track the watch with some local couriers. The package was not sent with them, was with local postage, so 0 help in this.
I see a lot of people complaining about shipping. It is curios that they do not care to improve this.
I see that for other having the same issues, they are giving a refund. Nice. Probably I am not worthy of this.
After this time and effort, I got my watch. It is ok, not wow, but ok. Feels like a normal watch, nothing premium. Personally I do not think is worth the money.

I ordered the James Bond 007 “No Time…
I ordered the James Bond 007 “No Time To Die”. I was a bit sceptical about ordering a Mod watch but took the chance and I’m so glad I did as it is absolutely brilliant and I love seeing it on my wrist.
I would highly recommend Moddy’s and I’m just about to order the Blue Seamaster homage from them. Give them a look on their site I’m sure you will be tempted and don’t hesitate.

Don’t bother- they are basically buying…
Don’t bother- they are basically buying up cheap Chinese models adding a seeing logo and sending to you from Japan. Mine was half scratched and missing screws. Wanting a refund this was not possible as I had removed the plastic cover - If I had not, would not have seen the watch damage or missing screws on the case back.
The resolution send back to get a new one. No trust with these guys I would even get a new one.
Lessons learned- don’t buy from these guys go to Ali express.

I ordered 1 watch Dec 29, 2025 the delivery date for the watch was supposed to be Jan 19-24th, 2026 which was fine. The tracking for the watch stop working after Jan 15th 2026. The only positive thing I can really say is that they have been responding when I reached out to the customer service email. I have requested a refund but have yet to receive it.
