Bought treadmill used once a day for 4 months before it started to fail... electric smell, motor stalls, track slows and graunching noise...

Going in skip as chance of customer support is zero...

Company should be investigated for deliberately selling sub-standard products... shame on Amazon for continuing to let them trade on their site...!

Bought a treadmill via Amazon, worked well for what I used it (2 30 minute runs a week at most), just over a year and it started making an awful noise. The customer service is so hard to get hold of, I have sent multiple emails which they claim not to receive, they offered a new motor but I would have to pay astronomical delivery. I had an engineer look at it and the magnet within the housing has delaminated from the motor case which has caused damage to the motor stator which he concluded was a manufacturing issue. They are blaming me. DO NOT BUY

Misrepresentation!! Never buy again!! bought one and it was not using under desk like their picture on their website. They told me they are sorry, we give you 10%. I Saïd it won’t solve my problem. I want the good one, to use as in the picture. They replied, we offer 30%! The Best deal because if you change it for the good one, you have to pay the shipping and its very expansive. I stop spending my time with them. I give it to someone and by the good one… but another brand!! Never again I Will never by something to this company, because if they made a mistake, you have the bill!

I do not recommend. My purchase lasted 6mths before the motor blew up after which they sent me a replacement motor to fix it myself. When that didn't work they gave me a new treadmill which lasted 11 maths before the walking surface cracked.

I purchased this treadmill just two months ago, and I am absolutely frustrated with the situation. The treadmill is faulty and dangerous, with the power abruptly cutting off during use, which is a serious safety concern. To make matters worse, I’ve been getting constant electric shocks when touching the handles or buttons, which is not only uncomfortable but also incredibly unsafe.

I tried to reach out to the customer service team, but their warranty claim form is nearly impossible to use, and based on the negative reviews I’ve read, I have very little hope that I’ll get any replacement or resolution. I’m even more frustrated that, despite spending over £300, the return window has already passed after just one month, leaving me stuck with a faulty product.

I expected much better quality and customer support for the price, but unfortunately, this experience has been a huge disappointment. I would not recommend this treadmill to anyone, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of accountability and support from the company.

Worst quality control I've ever encountered. I was bought a mobvoi pro 5 enduro for christmas. This didn't work correctly so I returned it for a replacement. This didn't work correctly so I returned it for a replacement. This didn't work correctly either!
When you buy three brand new watches, none of which works correctly you know you're dealing with a sham company with zero quality control or respect for their customers. Utterly shambolic.

Mobvoi are a terrible company offering no after sales service whatsoever on their products if you buy from any supplier other than them, even if the retailer is an authorised reseller of their goods as Amazon surely are. My advice is simply not to do business with companies like this because if something goes wrong you are on your own, you won't get any support from this manufacturer.

Purchased a home walking treadmill as a Christmas gift, delivery as promised but when opened one side strip had minor damage. Contacted customer services who were most helpful with a replacement part shipped immediately. Excellent service.

After watching some positive reviews about the product, in may 2023, I've bought my Mobvoi Home Treadmill Black. It's a basic treadmill, but it was enough to keep my wife and I moving on rainy or lazy days. I was pleased until a couple of weekes ago, when it started to lose power. Initially I thought it was just a matter of belt adjustments, but it wasn't. Tried to contact MOBVOI but it's website's contact form. Got no response whatsoever from them. Tried to contact them over their instagram pages. No response as well. Their post-sale and costumer relationship seems to be non-existent. It's a shame since I was really enjoying the treadmill but, as soon as you need to contact the company to get spare parts or replacements, the whole experience turns frustrating.

They claim you can swim with the watch but fails to charge after showering with it on. They don't do repairs but here's a 40% discount code to buy a new watch. False advertisement and greed ruined a 5 year relationship with this brand.

Tic Watch Pro it is full of functionality . But the watch doesn't work properly, no updates and I have always to reset. Never more Mobvoi

they do not honor warranties, and their products fails a lot quicker yo may think. buying product from them is wasting money

Mobvoi Ignores EU Consumer Protection Laws – Case Escalated to EU Commission

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Mobvoi regarding their refusal to honor the mandatory 2-year warranty under EU consumer protection laws. I purchased a TicWatch Pro 5 from a third-party retailer within the EU, fully expecting that Mobvoi would comply with EU law and cover the product under warranty.

However, despite the fact that EU law requires manufacturers to provide a 2-year warranty regardless of where the product is purchased, Mobvoi refused to honor the warranty because I didn't buy directly from their official store. I repeatedly informed them of my rights as an EU consumer, but they insisted I contact the original seller for support, completely ignoring their legal obligations.

Due to Mobvoi's failure to follow EU regulations, I have reported the case to the EU Commission and the Verbraucherzentrale (EU Consumer Protection Agency). It's deeply concerning that a company operating within the EU market disregards such important consumer rights.

If you're an EU customer, I would advise extreme caution when purchasing from Mobvoi, especially if you are not buying directly from their store. Their failure to comply with legal standards and the lack of adequate support is unacceptable.

They produce some of the worst smart watches on face of the planet. second only to dollar store trash, every watch you will buy will be behind on features, you'll be forced to use apps you don't want to to make compatibility even partially feasible, and the watch will consistently disconnect from your phone. I hate smart watches, and this company has taught me to hate them through their actions. screw you Mobvoi

i was buy a mobvoi ticwatch 3 gps ultra and send me ticwatch pro gps 3 after couple of months the watch does not working

Bought the Ticwatch 5 Pro twice, firstly I mistakenly bought the black version. I asked to cancel and send the brown one. They said it was shipped out, so I had to return and re order. Fine, when the first one arrived I had to pay VAT to customs (which I han already paid to them but they failed to declare!)
- 1st watch worked for 9 days, untill the touchscreen had a weird "burnmark" seems that the accu puffed. Sent a complain, got a vague response with questions about wayerdamage, dropdamage,...
- 2nd watch arrived, started using that instead also paid VAT to them AND to customs, 16 days in it gave up too.

Conclusion I've spent 687USD in total for two watches that combined have lasted a mere three weeks.

Great company! Stay far away from them.

I bought a ticwatch pro and they stopped security updates before the warranty was even out. Nice watches ruined by no updates and poor software.

My heart rate monitor on my Ticwatch Pro 5 stopped working. Disappointing, but these things happen. I contacted support who advised to submit a warranty claim which was approved.

I posted my watch back to them on Thursday afternoon and I had my replacement watch with me by Saturday morning. They have also refunded back my postage.

I bought a Ticwath pro 5. In 3 months the watch stop working.

The website indicate that the watch is 5atm water resistent.

The company told me i could even take a shower or wash hand with the watch (this information is ultra hide in the website)

Nobody who buys a sports expensive watch expected not to wash hands with a 5 atm water resistent watch.
