Bought the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra on April 2022. And it's been a year after promised update for the WearOS. None whatsoever and they had the gall to release TicWatch Pro 5 on last June. This should be an expensive lesson for me and also everyone who's thinking on giving their business to this company.

I note all of the bad reviews but honestly I don't understand them! I ordered the Mobvoi Ticwatch 5 and it arrived within 24 hours. The watch is perfect and everything I wanted. It's tracking is very accurate and it's the most similar to the apple watch I have found for android. The battery last 3 days even with all of the tracking turned on and I especially like the loew energy screen to conserve battery. It looks smart, is very tough and I have had loads of compliments. The website was easy to use and communication from Mobvoi was great. I don't understand all the negative reviews because I could fault Mobvoi at all! Even the watch charges in 45mins from meaning I'm not without it for long

TERRIBLE company! They sell shoddy products that break easily and then don't honour their warranty commitments. They also lie and pretend that they're going to do things, then don't.

If Samsung would produce a similar smartwatch to TicWatch Pro 5 (with dual display), I would not even consider mobvoi. I would go straight to Samsung.

Hardware seems just ok. Not sure about the quality of materials. Suspicious regarding sensors and electronics.

The great thing about the watch is the battery life, which in the case of my previous watch was simply terrible.
I love dual display, regardless of its simplicity. The most important information is shown.
Software is both limited on the watch and on the phone. Lots of functions that I got used to are missing. Plenty of misbehavior and plenty of bugs.
I will stay with the watch for a while because of the battery and basic functionalities that work most of the time. But I am considering returning it, already, if I find some important functions unreliable enough.

Some worst things I encountered:
1. Could not access the watch protected with a PIN after an OS update. Says that PIN is wrong!
2. Irritating issues with phone calls, when sometimes it's on the watch, even though phone is taken, or on the phone, even though call was answered with a button on a watch.
Additionally, hanging "ghost" call on the watch, afterwards.
3. Google Wallet often enough says that "Something went wrong" or even doesn't allow to pay before at least switching the airplane mode on and off on the watch.

After 3 days of life my ticwatch pro3 had water inside .... Company support told me "sorry, buy a new one" .... Mobvoi = scam

I got rid of the Ticwatch Pro 3 because they are not getting updates. Mobvoi did not respond to inquiries about whether the Ticwatch Pro 5 will receive any updates. Apparently, they don't expect updates.

Mobvoi doesn't update your watch. I dont trust who do it with your customers.

My experience with the Mobvoi support is quite different to what I read all over the web - and I feel grateful for it:

I bought a Ticwatch GTH as a Christmas gift for my son. It was a great value for money, compared to other similarly-priced smartwatches. However, after about 10 days, the watch wouldn't switch on / charge and it only kept its screen on for a second while plugged to its charger.

I immediately contacted Mobvoi and asked for a full refund, as I feared that the repair would take ages (it was shipped from China). They proposed an exchange with a new one, which I accepted.

Imagine my (and my son's) surprise when we received the replacement, only to realize that it was a (much better) brand-new Ticwatch GTH Pro! It was the best thing that could happen after the initial frustration.

To make a long story short, the replacement has been working flawlessly since January and my son is excited wit hit. Kudos to the Mobvoi support team for their prompt and helpful response.

Based on my experience, I am waiting to buy one of their Ticwatch 3 Pro when they finally receive the Wear OS 3 update!

Stay Away!!!
Mobvoi has plenty of resources to produce a new watch so that you can give them your money, but minimal resources to keep your purchase updated. 2021 we were promised Wear OS3 but instead we got numerous broken promises on delivering. AND... now the latest statement is Q3 of 2023. 2 years since originally promised, and honestly I doubt they keep this date.

The actual watch is decent, it just such a shame they have no appetite to update software or even worse the security patch. Lots of empty promises and not much else. The internet is littered with similar experiences to mine.

I will personally never buy a mobvoi product ever again.

Terrible company. i bought the Ticwatch 4 Pro Ultra GPS. $200. 2 months later they sent an update that permanently disabled the compass without any explanation (that was important to me). No update ever since. Now they released the 5 Pro and advertising the compass like a feature and hype up the price to 350 USD. They dont care about customers. Once you buy they ignore you.

Paid over $300 for a watch that won't even keep time. It was usable for a year and is now useless. Mobvoi won't offer any fixes or solutions. Will NEVER buy their products again!!

I have twp 3 ultra and use it almost for two years now. I can say gps, heart tracking, step counter is unreliable, health app was a joke, now its less funny joke (using 3rd party ones). Sleep tracking almost never works at all (and they introduced subscription, so you can pay monthly for feature that does not work), random restarts or other glitches from time to time, slow charging, and nonexistent customer support. And the random battery drain after a month of use so you have to reset your phone - this annoys me too much. Oh and they promised Wear OS 3 in beginning of 2022, in 2023 we still see no update, only same excuses and promises, but wait. There is more. Now they actually teasing new watch, with Wear OS 3, and still telling that they have hard time fixing old watch. Do not trust this brand, i heard not much good from any users i saw using it.
Yeah, essential mode with second screen is cool and all, but you can get smartband who does it all for 30 EUR instead of 300

They promised wear OS 3.0 last year. Its almost halfway into 2023 and they just finally gave us any sort of idea of when it would come out (spoiler not soon)

Never had something worse than Ticwatch...if friends say nice watch I don't say thanks, instead I start a list of why not to buy this watch.
If I could I would give it back

Have a Tic Watch 3 Pro GPS which I bought at launch. Bought it because it had the best chipset on the market. No updates even though promised by Mobvoi. Can't run Strava anymore because it only supports Wear OS 3. Mobvoi health apps suck. Google Assistant has been broken on this device forever and can't place calls or send messages. Now my power button is failing and this watch probably won't even last to see the FW update.
TLDR: going back to Samsung

Dishonesty and poor communication is what you can expect from this company! Purchased the TicWatch Pro3 Ultra (Christmas of 2021) on the contingency that Mobvoi had WearOS3 in the works with a rollout within a few months. Almost two years and several empty promises later, no such update exists and they issued a press release stating the challenges of WearOS 3 with their hardware and that they were opening up to beta testers to help navigate and figure it out. Unacceptable! You hoodwinked me once, but not again. KMA Mobvoi!

Don't buy Mobvoi's products because I have a lot of badly experience
