My chair arrived on time, assembled and rubbish removed in a fast and efficient manner.

The product was delivered in 1 week, however There was no communication regarding dispatch or expected delivery time. When I placed my order this was promised but not fulfilled

I viewed the Aspire Ninja Carbon Walker in the shop in Lansdale WA. I then bought it online as I received an email with a discount offer which made it $200 cheaper than the nearest competitor but it couldn't be used in the shop. I paid extra to have it delivered fully assembled.
Everything went smoothly, the delivery was on time and exactly what I ordered. I'm very happy with the service and the quality of the product.

Despite a number of emails not a word back from this company as to if and when my product will be delivered. Do they know what service is because they don’t have any.

Their communication was the worst I have ever come across. My order was delayed and there was no communication about it at all. Despite repeated attempts on my part through phone calls and emails to contact them, they ignored the lot. My Hi Vis safety flag came today and it is missing the fitting bracket. What a surprise!!! Instead of contacting them about it (I mean, why waste my time) I have opted to purchase the bracket from a completely different company. Just an update on this. About 1 hour after this went live, their delivery person bought around a bracket. Too late. Already ordered from another retailer.
