DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! We bought a lift chair 14 months ago. The remote has stopped working twice.
Now the remote does not work & the heater will not turn off. For 5 weeks now we have be told they are coming to fix it but after several phone calls and lies that they will be here NOTHING! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Terrible customer service, no communication

They seem very friendly and helpful in store or during initial contact however follow through is nonexistent at best. Communication is nonexistent despite multiple promises to respond, they would make promises and never follow through. Completely disorganised! Incorrect information and refused to fix. Took months and constant chasing to get a refund. Threatened to take equipment that had been paid for. Demanded personal information without any official documentation and refused to supply any sort of agreement in writing unethical at best, illegal at worst. Would never willingly use them for anything

Lift chair got stuck in lift position…

Lift chair got stuck in lift position jan 25th. Turned up to be faulty remote. Feb 6th still not fixed.
No replacement chair offered leaving disabled client to remain on a high back dining chair and unable to elevate legs.
Fix date given as 9th of Feb. Totally disgusted with the lack of empathy or offer of a temp chair. Would not reccomend this Company at all. Tony was very unhelpful and hadnt even booked the repair in ,11 days later.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I am trying to get a home trial for months now and they just keep saying they will phone me back and never do. I keep calling back. Unfortunately they have bought out all their local competitors so I don’t have a choice about going anywhere else. It sucks when you rely on medical aids yet the place that sells them won’t respond.

Adiacare Sales team are friendly but...

Adiacare Sales team are friendly, helpful, however it seems once they get your order all paid signed & sealed, delivery communication is simply unavailable I think Aidacare has forgotten who their clients are! Making disadvantaged, vulnerable clients wait in a vacuum for much needed, pre paid,"in stock" products arrival/delivery outrageous & downright dangerous, careless & well Rude!.... is it a warehousing issue? Not enough staff?

AidaCare Capalaba

I recently obtained mobility items from AidaCare Capalaba. I highly recommend this business. The management and the staff are very experienced and knowledgeable, and they are such helpful, happy and friendly people. The range of products on display and online is vast, the showroom is well stocked and easy to manoeuvre, and their communication is flawless. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for independent living aids.
