Worst experience ever. Bought a phone case. I got the wrong one. No problem sh** happens. I filled te retour form and got in touch with costumor service. 2 weeks after i returned the product i got my replacement. Exactly the same one i returned, but they put a different sticker over the old one. So still stuck with the wrong case i mailed them....again. Prommised a replacement since mine is out of stock. Prommised to pay back the return fee. Prommised to have it all done in 2 weeks. Never happend, never got a return fee, never got the right case. Mailed them again. Prommised to get my money back. Off course....never happend.

They are a bunch of liars and thiefs.

Easy to use website, comprehensive choice of items and good prices. Ordered several times with mobilefun. Had a delivery issue one time but had a very good experience with friendly support staff.

Ordered a product at midnight, the order was processed on the same day and it was transferred to the city DHL station that very same evening. Received the product in the afternoon the very next day !! Prices are really fair and the quality of the product is outstanding.... what else can you ask for ?? 10/10 would definitely recommend and buy again as and when required !!

recently I wanted to purchase a Pebble Smartwatch in Germany.
As you might know Pebble doesn't deliver to Germany due to some legal restrictions.

So I serched for a good online shop which does the import.

I was glad to see that Mobilefun.de offers the Pebble Smartwatch for a good price.

Unfortunately they had probably problems with the delivery from Pebble and told me that my order will be delayed.

So I bought one from eBay and asked for cancelling my order on Mobilefun.de.

The customer supprt responded very fast and honest and promised a fast refund on my credit card.

So I can recommend Mobilefun.de without a doubt.

Maybe I'll consider a purchase of the Pebble Steel.
