Phone arrived as new, battery was on 99% capacity, no marks or scratches. Postage was delayed by a couple of days but I received daily emails to keep me in the loop with the progress

Delayed delivery blamed on Royal Mail but due to known strike action they should have used a low cost courier from the outset. Phone was eventually delivered and appears to be high quality with good battery life. Although slow delivery the communication was excellent all the way through the process, and response to an email was very quick too.

This phone is brilliant for the price, the quality was marked as fair but I couldn't find a scratch or defect on it at all. It arrived quickly too.

Ordered earlier this week and delivered exactly as said on website. I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro - Excellent condition and it looks new and unused with 100% battery life. I certainly can’t tell if it’s reconditioned or brand new. Very pleased and would certainly recommend them to everyone else

Had to return a refurbished phone due to a minor issue and the company were really easy to contact and sent out a replacement phone straight away, with pick-up/drop-off so I wasn't without a phone. I'm really pleased with my new (refurb) phone, which was at a really good price too.

At the moment it’s a 3 as no delivery has been received via DPD supposed to be delivered by 15:22pm. No update from DPD and mobile advantage clearly not checking delivery either

The phone was answered by a human!
Stephan proceeded, without any judgement, to support my needs and he directed me to a good deal. Incredibly the phone arrive the next day.
I have been using this phone now for over 3 weeks.
