I recently sold an iPhone to mobile advantage. Their service was extremely good.

Whilst browsing the site I had a quick question, it was answered within seconds by the chat assistant. They were very helpful. This already made me feel more comfortable as I was concerned that I could end up with a similar experience to my sister using a similar site and being out of pocket. This was not the case.

The email with the details on how to get the phone to you was straight forward. I had never used a DPD collection point before and a nearby co-op was my closest branch, that was very straightforward. I would recommend you continue to use this courier as it was nice to have my details taken for confirmation. When handing over an expensive item it is good to have that peace of mind.

A couple of working days I had a phone call from the team as I had put some of my bank details in the form incorrectly (completely my fault as I was in a rush when I filled out the form.) The advisor was very helpful and we had my details sorted within minutes. The payment was sent the next morning.

Overall I am very pleased, the value I got for the phone was more than the top searches on google.

I haven't purchased anything from the site, but I can imagine the service will be just as good.

laptop arrived in the time frame that was advised at the point of purchase, laptop in the sort of condition that fitted the description on the website. I also think the product was well priced. staff were courteous and helpful when contacted via the online chat. So all in all a very good shopping experience and will definitely be shopping again.

Recycled my phone with mobile advantage. I was very sceptical at first, but decided to give it go as they had an amazing trust pilot score and were also recommended on my workplace benefit scheme. They quoted me a price for my phone, I sent it off and was paid within 12hours of receiving my device! No haggling, No attempt to reduce the price quoted either, they just did exactly what they said they would. What a refreshing change, when so many companies out there are always trying squeeze everything they can out of a deal! Five stars +++++++ from me. Keep up the good work MobileAdvantage!

Sent my phone in to Mobile Advantage, trusting their service as they recently partnered with my employer.

Upon receipt of my phone, they sent me a revised offer, citing damage to the phone that did not exist. They provided pictures which were most definitely not my phone and i sent back pictures i took of my phone before posting, along with a screen shot of the location date and time of the pictures.

They replied advising me the information on the pictures i sent could be manipulated and disregarded them.

I requested a video of the phone showing the damage previously shown and with my serial number displayed on the phones screen to prove the damage and guess what, the video never materialised and they have now stopped replying to me.

Prepare to be ripped off using this company.

I have also notified my employer as I believe I was the first in my company to use the service.

I grade smartphones as part of my job. Your 'Excellent' is C grade by the standards I work to.
