Scammed
My wife was 'opted in', without her knowledge, to MobiHub by an outfit called Red27 Mobile. They created texts they said they sent confirming her 'sign in' & advising her of the charges. Alas she never got those texts; she only received charging texts a week after these were claimed to have been sent. I am exploring the legality of this behaviour but I can't see anything legal about it. We never heard of either outfit beforehand. There is no question of my wife signing up to anything without consulting one of my family & nobody else has had access to her phone since the lockdown.
