Bought an iPhone 12 mini via Refurbed from iWorld Electronics/MobiHub GmbH. The phone stopped working shortly after arrival – charging and FaceID failed. Seller blamed “water damage” and refused support, even though I reported the issue immediately. A technician later confirmed the defect wasn’t caused by me and that even the installed battery wasn’t an original Apple part.

Device is now working again after a simple battery replacement – something the seller could have solved easily.

Unreliable seller, poor service – I cannot recommend this seller.

I was having problems with my phone and had been told by 2 degrees employees it could not be fixed and would have to be reset.
Thankfully I said no....
I took my phone not to the place they suggested but the one I googled.
Goodness, I was actually waiting for the lovely young lady to tell me I would have to reset it....she didn't, bless her.
She within a really short time fixed the problem and told me how to stop it from happening again.
She declined payment however I will go back today to purchase something.

Sent my phone in good faith with a small light scratch on screen and a little paint scratch on one corner. When they received it they told me it was grade C!!
I had a feeling this is what they do and its dishonest.
Asked for phone to be sent back and I will send it to Miasma who graded it as excellent. What a scam, dont send your phone to these people.

At Mobi hub you will get excellent service. They know all about phones and computers and fixed my problems and got my laptop up and working again. Highly recommend.

Bought a used phone in "excellent condition". First, there were problems with the camera. Fair enough, I sent it back and they fixed it. 4 months after purchase, the phone gives me the message "Cannot determine if the battery in your phone is a real Apple spare part.". Despite my phone constantly showing to be on 1%, turning off and on every 5 min. and lagging when it is on; Mobi-hub cannot return the product since it is out of the return-period. Okay, so I have an absolutely useless phone bought 4 month ago. It is fraud!

My Samsung screen was badly smashed so I contacted mobihub for a price .I took my phone there on the Tuesday lunchtime ,they had to order my screen as it was not in stock .they said they would contact me as soon as it was delivered and they had fixed it .I received my call on Wednesday morning to say it was ready to be collected .I found the service quick and efficient and the people really polite and lovely atmosphere .I would highly recommend them .
