Bad customer service
No you mean you could clearly see this your problem is that you think your talking to some young person im nearly 60 years old when you sent the picture as far as I could see you was sending me a picture of a dress that I could have im an NVq Assessor in customer service with 20 years experience, in stead of asking questions or being clear with your instructions sorry no instructions you think that you did your job but all you did was assume instead of asking questions that was important to the text discussion that's lazy and just got your customers back up which could of been avoided with questions that you are meant to ask as there is no face to face interaction with your customer you may need some more training to avoid this in the future and I need the address to send the item back again not giving information that the customer needs

I have changed my score again
Am still waiting for a refund as the seller said the jacket I sent back smelled of perfume. I literally tried it on, couldn’t even gat it on as sizes are on the very small size, wrapped it back up and posted it back to them. So trying to get my money back !!!
I am happy to say I have changed my score. I am getting a partial refund. I would like to say they have dealt with me swiftly and with professional courtesy.
I am happy to say I have now given 5 ⭐️S the matter has been resolved. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. They are very fair, polite, and responded efficiently to my emails. I wish them all the best.

Hi,
We just checked our record and realised that you ordered an item which you complained that it didn’t fit. We wouldn’t have a problem issuing a refund but the item was sent back with a strong smell of either a perfume, roll on or spray on it especially the armpit area.
There is no way we would resell it with the smell on it hence we issued a store credit for the full amount.
We have the item intact just as you sent it back and a picture proof has been sent to you.
Our terms and condition stated that you as a customer need to ensure that the item is sent back in the original condition without any for of odour or stain.

Thank you for your review, as mentioned to you already we are aware that customs contacted you since 14/10/21 but you never responded to them and your parcel has now been returned on the 21/10/21 according to the tracking number. All customers are responsible for tracking their items to be aware of latest updates and when their package will be likely delivered. As you have mentioned that you don't check your emails, this is absolutely not our fault. We have raised a query regarding this and once we get an update we will get in touch.
