Another great bracket from Flip N Dip, added with the rear light makes them the one stop shop for upgrading the rear of bike. Makes back end of my S1000R look amazing now, is 3rd bracket from them and everytime it’s easy install and fast dispatch/delivery

Customer service was awful and rude. And the product was god awfull for quality.

Horrible customer service and incorrect order.
Please refrain from ordering from this company. Husband was called a scammer by the owner of this company because he contested an order that was not fulfilled. Flip n dip sent the wrong item, husband tried to contact (only an email, no contact number) and received minimal and delayed feedback. He then received correspondence from the owner of this company to call him a scammer - although owner acknowledged having made a mistake on the order. No intention to remedy, zero professionalism and zero accountability. This is not how you run a business.

Horrible and very rude customer service. Waited for over a month for a package and The only notice for The delivery was me asking them when can i expect it and getting an answer 15-40 days. Only for iz to be returned without any kind of notice, tracking link or call. Very rude on The mail.
