Paid for expediting shipping and were notified at the last minute it would not happen.We were not offered any sort of compensation but we needed them so we paid additional for overnight shipping which, again, was not done. They would not offer a refund after this. Absolutely unacceptable. Either fulfill your obligations or don't say you can.

Quick and good quaity!
I needed my zine in a quick turn around time and there was so many options to get my zine on time. When I received it, I was super happy with the product! The descriptions of the paper was helpful so I know what exactly I was getting. My only thing was that the color of the cover definitely shifted more to cool/darker tones. I still really liked it however but it's important to note.

What you’ve noticed is most likely related to the lamination. Laminations and finishes can affect how colours appear once printed, and can slightly alter the look. That said, the benefit is that they also offer valuable protection, helping to prevent issues like marking, smudging, ink transfer, creasing, fading, and general wear and tear and give your projects a really professional look and feel.

Mixam does amazing job printing my books
I first ordered from Mixam in 2022. They always do an amazing job printing my books(manga). They really take the time to review the pages and let you know when things need to be adjusted. The print quality has always been fantastic with each order.

I’ve used Mixam’s services a few times and always had great results! My books arrive fast and in good quality. Unfortunately, with my most recent order, a package of mine got misdirected and still has yet to arrive. Though this is likely more a fault of the mail carrier than Mixam, it took me sending two email a few days apart to get a response from the Mixam team about what could be done. Not the end of the world, but not my best experience with Mixam.

enjoyed the fast printing but my lastest bulk orders came out way dark than expected same proof pdf same files and order but it really took a toll on the image quality making it harder to see the pictures unless in a super well light room

If something doesn’t look quite right, we do always recommend reporting it through your order and including a few photos so we can take a closer look. With digital printing, there can sometimes be slight variations between runs, for example, if an order is printed before or after routine maintenance, but it could also be something else, so we’d really like to investigate this properly for you.
