Have had my Mitox 801 log splitter for just over a month and am extremely impressed with it. It is hugely powerful, pretty quiet in operation, and simple to use. We have logs of all sorts and sizes but so far nothing has defeated it. We get through a lot of logs every day but this machine makes producing them a dream!

I just needed some oil, ordered it and got it the next day.

The Mitox 268 lrh is the worst piece of garden hedge cutting machinery we have ever bought, many mechanical failures and continual running problems due to carburettor issues. It now sits in the corner of our store looking new, next to its fine "no problem" Stihl hedge trimmer.

Harder than I expected to put together but overall a good choice.

Delivery was on time. The hedge trimmer in use is a good unit and trims hedges very well. It maybe a little heavy for older folk but at 72 was not a problem for me.

I received the multi tool within 48 office hours of making my order. It was well packaged and protected.

I bought a mitox 281 multi tool and had been happy with it, I have owned it for 5 years using it to prune back my garden on an annual basis so it has not had a lot of use, this year I have found the hedge trimmer attachment keeps jamming on very light foliage, turns out it’s the lower cover on the gearbox housing which has bowed out, this is obviously a weak point in the design, I did email Mitox customer services to see if they had an updated part, but have had no response. Shame because the trimmer is very good when it works

Update - Mitox customer service have been in touch and are sending out an updated trimmer attachment free of charge, well impressed with the customer service

Product arrived next day as promised. Well packaged.

2 days in and engine died apparently needs ignition coil. Also it is incredibly heavy I am buying a stihl replacement and will keep it to use as a strimmer

From searching the internet, then Mitox website through to the actual use of the chainsaw everything was so simple.
Mitox website is in plain language, with all you need to know a out the prospective purchase. The cost was the same as a well known international website. Delivery was exactly as they suggested, with 48 hours.
Simple to follow instructions both on the website a d with the product made assembly simple. The bonus was it started first time and cut beautifully through the logs.

Great product, great service

The service was very good and the product arrived in good order and on time. The hedgecutter is good and does the job it was designed for. The instruction manual is inadequate and relates to the original model which came out in 2016 not the current model. The step by step instructions for assembly are also unclear in places.

Purchased a Mitox 25c-sp petrol grass trimmer. It was reasonably priced but turned out to be lightweight and of poor build quality. The main on/off switch was faulty from new. The line dispenser has now also broken twice within a few months of light usage. The first breakage was repaired under warranty and took weeks to complete due to Mitox shipping the wrong parts. Having now broken again we really can't be bothered with this any longer. It's destined for the skip and we'll buy a better make and model. I cannot speak for any other Mitox equipment, but I cannot recommend this model.

delivery was ok, it was as stated next working day {that excludes weekends} well packaged and secure, it stated 100mls of oil, (ethanol guard) there was only 75mls, and it had been opened as the foil seal had been peeled back ???
