Miterly misrepresents online customer service
I ordered a laptop workstation frmo Miterly that could be used by someone who is bed-ridden, as shown by a picture. The price was reasonable and it indicated I would receive 2 units. I had problems with my Miterly order within a few days and tried to contact them. The website indicated taht they had online customer service, but there is no such link on their website. I emailed them at service at miterly.com but I never received a reply. 4 weeks later, I received a shipment of 2 cheap brackets to adjust the angle of a laptop or tablet. These were nothing like the workstation which they advertised and are worth only a very small fraction of what I paid. Scammed.

They are thieves. instead of the portable workstation they sent me a piece of plastic. never buy anything from this fony company. I also paid $9.99 for speedy delivery and the fraud shipment arrived after 1 month. I guess they needed 1 month to scam more people.

Beware of miterly.com
Beware of this site. They are just common thieves. I was scammed out of $69.97 (about £53.00) via PayPal. Luckily, PayPal have taken up the case for me, and since then, Miterly have emailed me twice asking if I will accept a $6 refund and keep the rubbish they sent. They described that as a generous offer! Well, no. I won't be accepting that.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam! I got myself one and two were gifts. I'm disgusted by someone who thinks they can lie and steal like this. I WILL do everything I can to warn people of this scam all over the Internet so no one else gets taken in. It's all lies about exactly what you're selling... I still have to get replacement gifts so I'll be doing the most to get my money back from you, you need to send me a return label so you can have this rubbish you sent instead of the phones advertised and I ordered in good faith. it's no good to me or anyone else who has also received the same order from you only to realised SCAM like me. I paid extra for fast shipping but still waited over 2 weeks for my order to arrive. I'm furious and WILL damn well being doing all I can to get my money back.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam! Ordered a large portable workstation from them and got sent a flimsy piece of plastic. Not what I ordered. Sent several emails and no one is responding. No other way of contacting them. I’ve opened a dispute with PayPal as there’s no one else to help. Do NOT buy from them!
