Please don't order from them it is a big con thay took the only money I had what I saved for a tree for my grandkids

awful. shocking. appalling. paid for a carousel Christmas tree and have still not received it. tried to contact several times and received nothing. I'll never use these again

I gave 1 star so I could leave a review scam company they will rip you of. These are not bothered about reviews they will set up in another name.

Avoid at all costs!! Ordered the Christmas tree beginning October never received all emails undeliverable I'm just so glad I used PayPal to pay got full refund company makes you think it's based in UK it's actually China total SCAM!!!

This is a scam I ordered a tree with decorations and got a small bag with rubbish in. I paid £40. Avoid at all costs.

I have been scammed. Ordered 6ft carousel with lots of decorations, a train running around the bottom of it and a father Christmas climbing a ladder. I have just received a tiny 11 inch tree and a bag of cheap decorations. They have changed the company name three times. I'm going through PayPal to try and get a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Just a big scam, ordered a 4ft decorated Christmas tree with a train running round it for £17.99 and received an 8 inch tree with a few crappy decorations in a small plastic bag. Avoid this company

No item has been received and the company is telling me I need to contact the couriers to chase the item, my contract is with them and they are refusing to issue a refund, I will now read reviews prior to placing an order!!

these money grabber must stop, i order ironing matching paid £22.98p they send me cheap earbud witch cost 3 to 4 pounds, i pay with pay pal. they get me a refund, but i had to send it back there erabud which is cost me £12.00 so they diden't re fund my p.p.

I brought a telescopic ladder but received two inpods sent a message to mukcly but got no response. So don't get caught like I did and don't buy anything.

I had a very bad experience with Miterly.com. I ordered something and what I received was a totally different item.
But now I think they renamed the website to Mukuly.com because it has the same parent company with the same postal address.
After I complained them, they disappeared and then I just saw on facebook that they rebranded themselves as Mukuly.com.
I was only able to recover my money because I paid via third party and did not give them my card details.
They never offered to refund me for the inconvenience and the item they sent was just plain rubbish.

Absolutely DO NOT ORDER anything its a complete scam. I ordered the ice cube maker and received an ice cube tray. I got a return card but no address to return it. I finally after lots of emails to different email addresses got one that finally replied. They offered me £6 refund and said to accept this as it would cost alot to send the item back. Still no address to send it back. Today I got a threatening email (which takes weeks to reply) telling me to accept there offer. Again I have declined and asked again for a full refund. I wait for a reply which will take weeks.

A scam site, don't use it, I've ordered a portable desk station set and paid fast shipping, they were delayed 5 weeks plus I received a piece of plastic not related by any means to my order. I've contacted them they didn't respond until my trustable bank Revolut have refunded me all the money paid after completing their investigation. Don't accept their deals, they offered me 5$ refund while I've paid 29 euros. Can you imagine how bad they are 😡😡😡. (Scammers)

I recently purchased an Ice Making Machine from Miterly at a cost of £20 for my friend all she received was 2 ice cube trays . Apparently a lot of other people have been caught out by this ruthless cheating company . I would advise anyone that sees an advert from this company to just ignore it as nobody seems to get what they have ordered .

I do not received what I have order but something else with less value!
