Great customer service

Great customer service, quick, efficient, friendly, replaced item quickly and with no fuss didn’t question warranty period that the piece was under just asked for a picture. Would definitely purchase from them again!

I had an issue with a ring that I bought over a year ago, I spoke to customer services send some photos and they have replaced the ring with no problem. Would highly recommend.

Ordered earrings at the beginning of…

Ordered earrings at the beginning of February and it took 22 days to ship and receive the order. The order was stuck in customs for 13 days and not once did Missoma reach out to let me know what was going on or attempt to resolve the issue. They were a gift and unfortunately I did not receive them in time. I was able to get a refund for the item but I was stuck with the cost of shipping the item to me and back. Horrible customer service and I will not be shopping with them again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We’re very sorry to hear about the delay caused by your order being held in customs. Please be assured that your order was shipped with all the required paperwork. Unfortunately, when shipments are held in customs, the release process is outside of our control, and we have very limited influence over the timeframe.

Regarding the return fee, this was applied as the return was initiated following your decision to send the delivered order back. This fee is outlined within our returns portal and applies to all customers using this service.

Our customer service team did attempt to reach out after the delivery of your package; however, we did not receive a response at that time. That said, a member of our customer care team will be in touch with you shortly to discuss the return fee further and assist in any way we can.

Disappointed with customer service…

Disappointed with customer service response to my delivery enquiry they just told me to follow tracking from evri which I had already done. Don’t think it’s an issue with evri have other deliveries and I feel they could have contact evri for me as tracking hasn’t changed in last 2 days. Very disappointed as I wanted the earrings for an event.

The most AMAZING customer service I’ve ever experienced! Dealt with a sensitive subject so brilliantly and bent over backwards to help me - could not recommend enough! And obviously gorgeous jewellery to the highest quality to boot!

I will buy from Missoma agajn

The website is very user-friendly and the purchase experience was very smooth. The delivery timeline was very reasonable and the jewellery came in beautifully presented packaging.

Brilliant customer service

I love this company. I’ve bought numerous pieces of jewellery - rings, necklaces and earrings and the quality is brilliant. Recently I had a slight fault with a ring and the customer service was outstanding, I received a response within a minute of putting through my query in the late evening and they sorted out my issue within 10 minutes. So impressed!
