Great quality product and customer service.

Made a mistake ordering the wrong color. Quick response to fix it and arrived quickly. Follow up email was appreciated. Great experience and customer service.

I had some issues with the fit of the items (a gift from my spouse) but had already removed the tags and stupidly waited a month to even contact CS. Customer service was amazing and went above and beyond to fix any and all problems! Plus the actual items themselves are stain resistant, don't shrink in the dryer, and so so soft and cozy! I just want to full my loungewear drawer with Miss Cosy! Really cannot recommend them enough.

Great customer service by Christine on 10/19/22. I never received my first order. She re-shipped my items super fast and followed up with me throughout the whole process.

Great customer service and product!

I could have made this process A LOT easier if I placed the order correctly and put my new home address instead of my old home address. I emailed Christine (who was awesome) to change the delivery address which she did immediately and reported the change via email. When the package was delivered, it was unfortunately sent to the wrong address. I reported this to Christine and she jumped on it and sent a new package express to my door that arrived in a week! My girlfriend loves this and she looks so stunning and comfortable (love looking at her in the shorts especially!).

Thanks for providing great service and a great product. I’ll be buying another set for her for Christmas this year!

My first order got lost in transit. I spoke with a lady named Christine who took care of the problem immediately. Before I could even ask, she already had another item en route. She checked in with me frequently, and also checked to make sure I received my package. She hands down turned my experience from a possible bad one, to an amazing one. And my girl friend loved the gift. The customer service alone will make order through them again.

Needed to change the address. Email them. Response was quick. Package came in. Competence. Highly recommend the product and customer service

Great product. Snafu on the shipping but honestly not sure if it was my slip or theirs. My wife loves it!!

I screwed up an order the wrong size and realized on the confirmation email. I emailed customer service immediately. They responded quickly and included me in the order size change with their shipping department and where extremely caring to make sure they’re customer received the correct product. Misscosy followed up with me after the product arrived to insure that we received the correct product size. And the order changed that we worked out did not take place. However, they went out of their way and shipped the correct size the following day on a speedy jet plane to help me surprise my wife. The whole experience with customer service was 5 stars. I will order from them again just knowing that they truly care about customer satisfaction.
