These lounge clothes are the best… Super comfy, soft warm… I even bought my daughter a set!!! I would say run true to size very stretchy ❤️

They offer 60 days return but their return form online is fake, after I bought this to their attention they ghost me. I thought their prices were cheap compared to loungewear republic but once received I see why it was cheaper. You get what you pay for. Save your money and stick to loungewear republic guys!

Good customer care

At first the month long delivery time was a bit much, but we can assume, and then the package never showed up but was delivered...and now I'm thinking I got scammed. I threw a hailmary and emailed, and sure enough, got my order in 5 days, multiple communications. The gf loved it, they are super soft, and survived their first wash. It's a 4 star because everything was resolved, it's not a 5 star because it wasn't perfect perfect. But great save and communication from their team.

Fast shipping and great quality product. Customer service was helpful and quick to respond.

My wife loves the 4 piece set. We had a mix up in the shipping, but MISSCOSY got it worked out and followed through, over all a great experience.

The delivery was abit longer then stated but the end result was good.
I made contact via email it was chased up and a delivery date was provided.
The product was as described and my girl loved it.
I would have given 5 stars but it took 13 days to deliver rather then the 5 i was originally advised.

PLEASE AVOID. Dont be fooled by the aggressive advertisement of this product and fake reviews. Ordered a set of 3 items for my wife for valentines day. Order date was 3rd feb, delivery was between 5-10 days for UK, but items arrived only on 19th feb, obviously missing valentines day by far! Support team of misscosy was only giving bogus advice to keep waiting, even when delivery deadline has passed and refused to cancel delivery and refund, when i requested!

Once items arrived, i checked the label and it was made from 100% polyester. Im sorry but the website didnt say that it was polyester, but said this: "All are made from soft, bouclé-like fabric for supreme comfort". You can get these polyester knock offs for fraction of the price on ebay and temu. I was ready to pay £40 ($50 usd) for cotton knit, but not for polyester that costs £15 ($18) on ebay or temu. My wife wasnt happy with the quality, the items felt cheap and not comfortable.

I decided to send the items back, but what do you know, their website does not have a return service, so you need to manage the return on your own and pay out of your pocket for sending the items back because misscosy will not refund you for it. This has set me back roughly third of the cost of the items.

Overall i had a horrible experiance, the delivery was too long, communication is poor, quality of items is very cheap and the price is too high. Their customer service lacks common sense and return service is non existent. Wish i could put a zero rating as i have gained nothing and only lost money for sending the items back.

This company didnt like when i asked for a status update on my order, so they unilaterally canceled my order without my knowledge.

They are discriminatory! for sure!

Quick delivery. Only took a week to come through. My husband brought these for me as a gift and they are perfect. True to size and look exactly like they should from the pictures on their website. So comfy and soft. They are not scammers and will definitely be going back for more

customer service offered a refund for the pants i ordered but never sent it and has completely ghosted me, they refunded my first order fine, but has since refused to honor their word and refund the pants which was my second order.

Love my Misscosy pjs! I have them in 3 different colors with the pants and shorts. It’s like wearing a blanket as pjs. The fabric is beautiful!

Great shopping experience. Changed my mind on color for my order after placing it, and they were able to change it for me before it shipped (and still arrived on time!!
