Do not I repeat do not buy from this company. Communication appalling did not aswer my emails. Only answered via paypal saying delivered. Paypal Says delivered but nothing. Disputed with PayPal and they say i won't get a refund.

Scam do not buy. Fake track codes! Cant inquire since paypal's also a scam.

Dont buy from Mismarth and do not use Paypal to pay since my claim for reimbursement has been rejected by Paypal because seller claims I have received the goods. I have a tracking number says the goods is still in transit but the one provided by Mismarth false claims i have received the product.

Site looked good and product on tick tock shop being reviewed ordered over a month and a half ago tracking was wrong times and dates and after lots of emails and no response from seller had to put case in with PayPal still ongoing would not recommend would leave a 0 rating but won't let you update PayPal sided with seller have asked PayPal to escalate higher SCAM SCAM SCAM

Absolute scam. Ordered a smartphone monitor from TikTok shop. Tracking said it has arrived but it hasn’t. No answer to any emails. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!

Also fell into the trap when I ordered the personal planner.......fake tracking and delivery details from Hong Kong to NL.

This has ended my shopping for goods on-line that are not stocked in EU/NL.

It is definitely a SCAM. I orderd 2x foldable Foldable Kids Electric Karts. They provdied fake tracking information which said it had arrived nafter 6 weeks but actually it never did. Phone number is not correct on their website and I Emailed the company and no response. I am now disputing it through PayPal. Don't order from here.

This was a total scam, wish i had seen this info before i went and ordered something.
As the saying goes "if it looks to good to be true, its a probably a scam"
Another lesson learnt. Have request PayPal to look at it with a view for a possible refund.

Yes this is a scam. Ordered a portable monitor, fake tracking information said it had arrived, it did not. Emailed the company and no response. I am now disputing it through PayPal. Don't order from here.

ordered a ice machine, 25 days to so call deliver, said it had been delivered, never got it, paid through paypay so hopefully i will get my money back. they dont even reply to emails

Total Scam. They even fake Tracking data, thus faking delivery data. Giving the impression that item was stolen at you property. Reported to relevant authorities and payment/credit companies.

Ordered a backpack via TicTok and tracking said delivered but nothing turned up - emailed and go no reply had to go via PayPal for refund just hope I get one.

Also @PayPal not refunded as the shipping details shows as delivered. Everyone who paid via PayPal please raise an official complaint because we all have shown we were scammed and they should not be allowing this company to be paid via them as as buyers we believed in the PayPal protection

Scam!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE . Ordered a back pack and an Android screen . Items were not delivered received a cheap ring which was never ordered. Email and contact number invalid. Lucky I paid through PayPal and had a refund .

Never shipped my order. No answers with e-mail inquiries. Did charge my credit account. SCAM!!

Scam site ordered a bag from then it never arrived contacted seller no response. Tracking said delivered from China post never arrived lucky paid by PayPal and got my money back

Avoid them. The email address on their site is invalid, as is the phone number. I got taken for 45.00$$
