Scam. Never received tictok order

Pure scam. Ordered something in August. Nothing recieved

Scammers. Ordered something of tiktok (Last time I do that as they still allow those scammers to advertise on their website) said it had been delivered on their so called tracking site didn't teply to 4 emails I sent. Luckily I paid on PayPal.

Luckily Paypal are dealing with the situation, Looks to be a regular thing off tiktok.

Total scam company ! I bought a digital wall planner for £40. Tracking says it was delivered but it never arrived. Company now ghosting me !

A Scam company, should have read the reviews first. I ordered three smart screens and a blower for over 100 dollars. Tracking says it was delivered but I never received package. Please-please beware!

Indeed a scam. I spent over $100 with them for a iPhone display screen and phone cleaner via TikTok advertising, with expedited shipping. I got a ZYYM tracking number that says it was delivered, but it never arrived. I sent a message, but no response. Lesson learned. Please avoid.

Navy blue / 5M' for the value of 50Eur and although the ZYYM (china mail) reference states that it has been delivered i have never received the package. Paypal declines all responsibility and i am left without money nor ordered goods. SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!

Another SCAM COMPANY. I ordered a wooden map for £47 and it has not arrived. I was issued a tracking number with 17track but it seems they are part of the scam. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

Also the email info given to Trustpilot will bounce back it does not exist.

I bought a folding case retro video game system with 1500 games programed from mismarth. Bought the upgrade and expedited shipping from them as well.
I followed what I thought was the shipping closely, and when I thought it arrived, I realized after a phone call to the local post office, that I had been scammed.
I left 2 messages with the company email about this and still haven't gotten a reply from them.
After a call to pay pal and my local bank, neither of them willing to help me, I had to replace my credit card, that cost me more money and a 20 minute lecture that I need to watch out for this. It's left me frustrated and disappointed about the whole thing. I looked this company up, and have seen nothing but horrible reviews about them, I wish I had been smart enough to do this earlier...

Bought an item, never received it but they are sending out fake tracking numbers to cover themselves.

Taking it up with PayPal but aren’t confident they will refund as others have not had much luck.

Be very careful here people and don't get stung like I did. Tik tock advertising and paid via PayPal and item is never sent. Fake tracking sent to pay pal when I raised a dispute and of course PayPal just sides with the seller as the seller submits the fake tracking. I knew it was fake because parcels don't get delivered at 7:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning. And I went around all of the neighbours who I trusted for years. I lost money and of course when you email the seller in English, Chinese and in Vietnamese you never receive a single response. More annoyingly is PayPal who just side with the seller so I then went into an arguement with them after clearly evidencing a scam so subsequently closed my PayPal account of 20 years. !! And I also went into a dispute with tiktok who are inadvertently advertising fake scammers products. The product I got stung on was one of these car drying gadgets like a battery operated hair dryer for drying the car. !!! SCAM 🤬

They say that delivered and also provides a fake trackingnumber via TRACK17.
Never got any product. Not a single swedish freightcompany has shipped it in Sweden.
PayPal states that just because Mismarth could provide this fake trackingnumber, the delivery is done.

Absolute scamming bas**rds! Paid through PayPal. I emailed the contact 3 times and had no reply but put my case to PayPal and apparently they reply to them straight away saying it’s been delivered which is hasn’t. PayPal tells you to message the delivery company but it’s a fake tracking number so they can’t do nothing either 😡

I spent $45 on something here raised a dispute for item not received and PayPal sided with the seller as they somehow can show that item was delivered when it wasn't even sent in the first place. I have cctv at my home and can prove it if they wished but they don't want to know, now if I raise a second dispute I only get the option as if I have received the item or talk to an AI bot, its about time paypal did something about this scam as there are too many of us now. Update just spoke with customer service via messaging and they have refunded me in full and reported seller after my explanation

a SCAM… i paid almost $100.00 for 2 items, paid thru paypal and never received my order. i started a claim with paypal about this and they sided with mismarth. the courier zyym still says my pkg is out for delivery since oct 1st. mismarth said to paypal it was delivered but it wasnt. I have ring cameras all over the house and received nothing. this stinks and i will no longer use paypal…

Got scammed when buying from tiktok. Avoid at all costs this is not a real site / company

1 Star as no option for Zero, Fraud, Takes money and supplies fake tracking, Scam, lost money and paypal side with seller as says delivered.

This Web store is a big SCAM...
Do not buy anything on this Web store other wise losing your money.

Complete scam company in fact shouldn't be called a company it's probably some filthy little weasel in a scummy flat ripping off hard earned money from people. I ordered a wooden world map,advertised on tictok,tried to change the order but got no reply then it was no reply to the other 20 emails I sent chasing the order. Even when they send fake tracking. Make sure you avoid.you will never get your money back.
